Washed my sons down berghaus jacket with this kit
Easy to use, I was nervous of washing the jacket and in fact drying it but I followed the washing instructions on the jacket using the washing liquid supplied. Then using the laundry balls supplied I placed the jacket into the tumble drier as advised, stopping the drier to check the coat at regular intervals. The jacket was like brand new considering the way the jacket comes out of the washing machine it was a relief when the jacket dried puffed up and was ready to wear

Works well
I washed an expensive down 3/4 length coat in this. Washed it nicely & tge waterproofing has worked so far. The dryer balls make a terrible racket in the dryer. I'm still using the balls with my laundry in the dryer.

Misleading photo and average results
Came with dirty (glue residue) plastic balls instead of wool as advertised, tried on two dawn puffers, both still dirty after washing, smell not really nice after drying, water repellency really is there after washing but can't say how long it lasts.

Excellent result but keep going with the drying process
Absolutely brilliant! Product restored a down jacket I was about to throw out as it was dirty and crushed. Have to say it took a very long time to dry with the balls in the tumble dryer but the result was worth waiting for. Do make sure to keep going with the drying!

Nous avons utilisé ce produit pour nettoyer des vestes Moncler achetées d'occasion. Nous en sommes été très content. Nous avons lavé les vestes avec l'essorage le plus faible en ajoutant ce produit. Et nous les avons ensuite passées deux fois au séchoir avec les balles fournies. Les vestes sont ressorties comme neuves, bien gonflées, propres et imperméabilisées. Un produit au top

I washed my North Face 800 down jacket following the instructions, and it worked really well! I had to wash my jacket 2 times because it was still smelling after the first wash, but I think is because this detergent is mild compared to others like Robijn. My recommendation is to set the tumble dryer in a temperature a bit above the minimum, so the down can dry correctly. After the whole process, my down jacket is clean, fluffy again and without clamps.
