I purchased this drill set for my father-in-law as he's quite the handyman. He's been telling me how satisfied he is with it. He tackles many household projects and so far this device has not let him down. It appears to have been a good purchase for him. (He's not easy to please, may I add.)UPDATE: It turns out that my father in low enjoyed this drill for only a few days. He did not want to say anything to me until I asked him weeks later. Sadly, the return window had closed by then, but after asked, he flat out told me that this was probably one of the worst drills he'd used before. (he knows he can be honest with me when I ask him stuff). He basically said that the only good thing about it was the accessories.He said that the drill has no power for a 21V drill. The battery has lots of issues, and it struggles to perform basic daily work. I would truthfully steer quite far from this drill and stick with branded, quality drills that will be at this same price range. I have learned my lesson.

I purchased this drill set for the use of drill small hole on the walls (lol, obviously ), but then I realized the use of this set is way more than drill on the walls. the set came with drill bits , and snake-drill extension , battery and drill itself. I was working on my lawn trying to aerate the grass, I had a aerator and it kicked my ass, and my right foot , too. because the soil was too hard and my 125 lbs body weight would not push the aerator down with ease. so , I used this drill with the wood drill bit that it came with , as a aerator, and guess what , I got the job done with no struggle. granted the battery only last about 20 minutes, but in the 20 minutes I was able to aerate about 1000 SQFT of the lawn.

The item is good, easy to use, and well does the job, however ones you have to do real drilling or something that require a strong drill (lets say a strong wall outside, or hard surface) this might not do the job.However for the other things around the house its perfect.

Just moved into a new house and had loads of work to get done. I was looking for a drill/driver to make my job easier. When I saw the price on this set I couldn’t pass it up. My work is finished for now thanks to this handy set. For those who don't have a frequent need or require a heavy duty drill-driver this is a reasonably price drill-driver that works well. It has enough power to drill in most materials and drive in screws. I couldn’t be more pleased.

A wonderful value and a great addition to my starter kit. It is extremely useful, and the battery is extremely long lasting. I used it straight out of the box, and I still don't need to charge it yet. It's very user friendly, and that's coming from someone who hasn't done a single handiwork in her life before today! It's also not too heavy, so it's perfect for small petite women.

I think I received a used/defective product and have decided to return it. I've used a dozen or so drills before and have purchased a couple. My challenges with this drill were with the battery pack being extremely difficult to remove and insert. This drill has has a buckle style clip that requires grip pressure to release but even with 2 hands squeezing tightly, the clips won't loosen for mine. Maybe it was dropped at some point. (I'm also used to quick release battery packs).The drill tip was pretty tight when trying to tighten/loosen to swap drill bits. When I first opened the item, there was already white dust on the tip too so not sure if it was a returned item. Would've been fine if the battery and drill tip worked more fluidly.Also this drill was a bit wide for my hands so I feel it's a less secure grip for smaller palms.It would have been a great valued package, but just not a keeper for me.

At first I felt the drill was a one time purchase but that was not the case. It has helped out in 2 projects. Tv mount and curtain rods. Worked amazing with both jobs. Can’t say for anything heavy use. Would recommend for beginner projects because to comes with bits.
