It does the job. Better than the horrible plastic straps that come on the catheter that gave me blisters. Stays in place for me.

Made things more comfortable.
This helped me cope with a biliary drain and bag that I had to wear for a few months. It kept a soft, breathable layer between my skin and the vinyl bag and helped to keep the weight from pulling the bag down, which was painful. It did lose some elasticity over time, but glad I had it.

Part of a great solution to a slouching/sliding catheter bag
These are perfect for those people who need to have a catheter 24/7. When I started caring for my client, he was using those cheap straps that came with the cheap bags that stretched out so bad the catheter was hanging down to almost his ankles by end of day. I searched for a solution and found these. This in combination with a Hollister catheter bag and better straps works out perfectly for people who want to be active but still be discrete about having a catheter.
