Great how to book for those who are in coaching. The book is structured topic wise. However, some framework or model on Questions, there types etc would have added value. Great resource to keep handy if you are into coaching. Either beginner or seasoned it will certainly help.

Pg 15-16 of the book comes with underline. So appears a used copy has been delivered. Given it is a book, it is fine. But paying the price of a new copy and getting a used one is disappointing.
