heres a review from months after using...
I bought this for the small sticks which are my favorite size which is like a regular controller and it was working great but the top grips came off within a month on both sticks. All I did was use krazy glue and put it back on and have not had a problem since.

Loose and not exactyly spec.
100% fit for Xbox One Elite Controller (Loose)Made of metal stainless steel (was very light weight, did not feel like steel more like an alloy)the fit was loose, and there was some give in the buttons, the origional Xbox paddles were firm and had no give or play in the paddles.

Not ready for Prime time
Poor fitting and requires modifications which include supergluing and buildup of an integral component. Had to watch a YouTube video for assistance.

Hard rubber makes these kind of annoying
Installation was super easy of course. Pop old thumb sticks and pop the new ones on. The problem is that these are made with cheap rubber. Super stiff making the texture on the thumb sticks abrasive. Hopefully it'll go away over time, but pretty annoying at first. I've used these regularly over the past week now.
