Laddoos were were very greasy & cold pack inside was not cold.

Don't buy
The package shows frozen but it was shipped from New York to California with a small ice pack. When it arrived, it was not iced at all.Flavor is not good. Will not recommend to anyone.

Packaging in adequate
Package said to keep refrigerated, but came in the mail and was not refrigerated. The package was compromised.

This is how the product looked when we received it. Not sure if it got damaged during transportation, but definitely not what we expected to receive.

Received damaged. It's a giant clump (probably due to heat) and the package was already open as well as damp due to leaked oil.
