Great quality and comes with the charging case!
This was a gift for my husband. He’s had this brand before but needed an updated version. So far this is working great and has clear, reliable sound. He likes the design (just over one ear vs a pair of earbuds or similar). The setup and connectivity was effortless. All in all, it’s exactly what he wanted!

Comfortable, secure, good microphone
Great microphone even in loud environments. Wear it every day working construction. Can work buttons with gloves on. Voice command answer feature is awesome when I'm busy with my hands. Fits securely around the back of my ear and stays secure even while working hard. Battery is fine for phone use but not so much for all day podcasts. Charging case I'm not so impressed with. Stopped charging soon after purchase.

Excels with Plantronics Quality
I've been a Voyager Legend user for nearly 20 years. I originally heard of them, and bought one when a conference call presenter I knew always sounded fantastic. He used a Plantronics Voyager Legend. I've had 5, the each worked well for about 4 years. The mic is what has always failed. I have kept, and continued to use the old Legends for listening only. The last time I bought a Legend, the 5200 line was being introduced. I met someone wearing the new type, had also had the original Voyager Legend, and he loved his Voyager 5200. My Legend started fail recently, and I upgraded to the 5200. The wind noise cancellation is excellent. Sound quality is also excellent. The battery doesn't seem to last as long. After charging, the voice doesn't say "7 hours," it says "battery high." When I check to see what I'm connected to (phone and/or computer) it doesn't tell me remaining charge. It only tells you when you turn it off and on, and when it is low. Apparently, when it has less than 2 hours charge, it begins to connect and disconnect about every 5 minutes, which is annoying. I was listening to a recording, and it disconnected mid-way, then reconnected. That's very odd. I guess I need a second one to use when this happens. It the box: the charging box is redesigned (still uses mini USB B), and has an opening to the right side so you can charge it standing up and not putting in the case. The Legend had a case and had a separate stand up charger available. The charging box also has the USB plug in so you can pair it that way to your computer. I use my computer's Bluetooth capability to pair it, the same way you do on your phone. There is also a charging cord, a mini B to put into your electrical supply. I had hoped that would be the short cord with a phone connector on the end, but no (minus 1 star). On the Legend the volume toggle was in a better place and easier to use than the tiny high and low buttons. @Plantronics/ @Poly, if you are reading this, why don't you switch to a mini USB C plug for charging? It would make it far easier to charge. Does the 5200 charging box hold a charge like the Legend, so you can use it on the go? My Legend box was used a lot when I drove all day. In the box, it reset and charged no matter if it was flat or not. Include the mini car charger in the box, too. Remove the hassle for your customers!

Works great!
I use it for my work from home setup and it's perfect. I do IT support for a national retail chain, corporate and the stores. I can answer my Avaya office phone from my computer and this is perfect for that. No one has ever had a problem hearing and understanding me and I can hear them perfectly. It tells you in your ear PC connected/disconnected and talk time. It says 6 hours fully charged but I doubt that. After a one hour Microsoft Teams meeting and 4 hours of work only talking to a few end users when I come back from lunch it tells me three hours talk time. So it uses 3 hours of talk time for maybe an hour and a half of actual talk time. That being said, if I have several meetings or other long calls I charge it during lunch, and it's full again in that hour. I've never had it go dead during a 9 hour work shift. Range is good, when I go from my house to my garage (about 100 feet) it doesn't disconnect till about 60 feet even through the wall and aluminum siding, it reconnects at about the same range. The unit is lite and comfortable, sometimes I forget to take it off for lunch or after my shift. The one weird thing is it is REALLY loud in a Microsoft Teams meeting. I have to turn the volume down to 8% on my PC, I'd go lower but the mouse wheel or clicking the volume isn't sensitive enough. I highly recommend this, it's worth every penny. It's way better then talking through your PC mic and speakers or a full headset like you would use for gaming. Plantronics has been around since the 60's and I've used their products since the 90's, they are as professional and high quality as can be.

HP’s take over of Poly is Compromising Quality and reputational brand risk
This lightweight headset at first seems like a godsend . Easy to install, feather light , good mic and earliece quality . But then the defects come out by week 2 of usage . 1. Unit constantly disconnects and reconnects to computer making that annoying Windows “device connected now” sound sometimes up to a dozen times a day ! 2. Ear piece cradle is decent ride . Earpiece does not settle correctly in cradle and if you don’t pay very close attention to the micron size notification lights , your ear piece doesn’t charge and goes dead . 3. Six hours of talk time is a lie . Maybe 4 at best . Don’t beleive the computer voice that alerts you that you have 6. She is a liar ! 4. Poly customer support is a certified disaster . Managed by some Six Sigma process junkie who got his degree online and is designed to do nothing but frustrate Poly customers . For 3 months I’ve been working with customer service to get a full replacement unit and they keep saying “it’s coming” and it never arrives . They give you an 8 digit case number that they end up just arbitrarily closing oit for some weak reason.

Works well in the car, people cannot tell you are in the car. Works great for online meetings.
This headset is bigger than my old Jabra Storm. However, when I got a HD Audio-capable mobile phone, people started saying I had a lot of background noise in the car, using either the Storm or the car speakerphone. The old 2G wireless compression removed most noise, but 5G wireless passes through everything, like a landline does. With this headset nobody knows you are in the car. Even on the freeway. The noise cancellation is that good. It also comes with a special Bluetooth dongle which appears as an audio device, not a Bluetooth dongle, to the PC operating system. So if you plug that into a PC, Meet, Teams, and Zoom JUST WORK. No configuration beyond selecting the headset and microphone as your audio device. You can walk around the house and prepare your lunch while listening to a meeting. When you turn it on, the headset announces remaining talk time, and the phone will also display the battery percentage. You can voice dial the mobile phone by holding the button for a second. Bluetooth range is excellent; you do not have to carry the mobile phone around the room with you. It can coexist with a PC and mobile phone simultaneously without any switching. Only caveat there is that, if you are listening to PC audio and you do anything on the phone that makes a sound, the PC audio will be cut off for a couple seconds in favor of the phone audio. Putting the headset on one-handed is not so easy, but once you put it on it stays on and is comfortable. You can reverse it for either ear. Comes with a charging case. Both the case and headset charge via Micro USB, not USB-C. USB A cable included. Headset charges quickly, you can top up in a few minutes between meetings.

Worst Bluetooth headset ever. Don’t buy
Stops working. Don’t buy. Worthless. The last 3!!!! Of these headsets stopped working, either they would turn off & refuse to connect with Bluetooth phone, or the on off button got a mixed signal..off & on trades connection & now doesn’t work. Maybe it’s been 4. Too late to return. Worst piece of crud, kept buying to replacement cuz I liked the size & they uswped to work great. The last 2 years quality has gone out the window

Great Product!
It works perfectly with my phone and computer! The sound comes through very clearly, and it does a great job of blocking outside noises! This product charges up quickly from its charging case, and I definitely recommend it!
