Nice to have seeds
I use these seeds in my oats meal daily along with dry fruits. With the lockdown & no stores holding stocks i tried fitness mantra. Turned out to be good quality seeds. The packaging was also really good. Tasted jus like how you get in dry fruits shop. Pumpkin seeds are source of valuable nutrients like zinc, magnesium, manganese, copper, antioxidants and phytosterols. Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of healthy fats, fibers and various antioxidants that are beneficial for the heart.

Good product !
The seeds are good for consumption. Looks fresh and tastes good even if used with oats, curd, milk and eaten raw.

Product is good but....
Product is good but I'm getting sand particles when I crunch. I purchased this product multiple times but recently their quality standards have fallen down and I'm getting sand particles (not visible but you feel it when you're crunching the seeds with your teeth).

Good quality seeds
To be roasted before you can eat else it would be like you are eating moist seeds of pumpkin. So dry roast them in a pan with a small teaspoon of any preferred oil or ghee and sprinkle a pinch full of salt.

For Roasting, These Seem Identical to Fresh Seeds
These seem great for what they are. Of course soul like year round access to fresh seeds. Only use for roasting, then snacking. Saw others stating these seem very different from fresh. I didn't see difference; however, I only roast a certain way. First step is to boil in salted water for 10 minutes. I believe this is essential. don't think the amount of salt matters too much. I've done to up to 2TBS in pan of water. I use enough water so seeds will have plenty of room to move while boiling. I believe this is the only way to get crisp, edible shells and seeds. I let mine dry on paper towels overnight. I've seen that you don't have to do that, just get most of water off before baking. I haven't tried that. I bake at 375F for around 10-15 minutes. I use convection bake for airflow, not sure how much that matters. But 375° convection is supposed to be hotter or cook faster than normal baking. I have seen recipes for low temp baking ~325, over longer time and being so careful because the seeds will burn before shells look roasted. I don't know if the boiling step helps with this too, but I find the higher temp works good for me. (so don't think the process is overly strict or restrictive) Shells browning, seeds not burned and I don't have to test a couple of seeds every minute. Also salt and drizzle with olive oil before baking. I rub olive oil on seeds with hands. Maybe that's good for better roasting too. Hope this helps anyone nervous about trying these seeds.
