Will i be able to remove the inner lining for not so cold weather

Only the hood is detachable, this jacket is warm.

...no, it doesn't come in black on the bottom. The zipper is a nightmare!

I'm 6'6", should I get a 3x for arm length?

Probably, at least. I am 5'3 and I ordered an XL. Obviously I have plenty of arm room and shoulder room and wear a hoody underneath. But the coat does run small.
