This works really well. Come fall, I took my basil inside, and it quickly turned anemic. I thought it was going to die. After using this light for 2-3 weeks, the leaves are dark green, and the plant is robust again. It’s sprouting new leaves. The only thing I don’t like is its clip base, which keeps the lamp from being freestanding. I found a shelf to clip it to. It’s also not that tall. The directions say to place the moveable lamp arms at least 3” from the leaves. I can’t do that, but the plant seems to be fine. The lamp has adjustable light modes, and the directions tell you which light(s) to use for different needs. The way I have mine set, it glows very pink when I have it on after dark (where I am in VA, the sun sets around 5). That took some getting used to. I LOVE the timer feature: setting it is easy, and it goes by how many hours you want the lamp on, not by specific times, so you don’t have to keep messing with it as sunset times change.

LOVE this grow light!I ordered this grow light to help my succulents grow during the cold winter/fall weather. I was so surprised at how simple the light is to set up and use.I love that this has a timer setting, easy to set up and move, and that the lights are easy to move and rotate to hit your plants.I can already tell that this light is helping my succulents stay healthy and grow!

Overall I like the product, but I am disappointed about the timer times. I was looking for one that did 6hrs, and the listing here says in multiple places that it is 3/6/12 hour, which I would prefer. However if you sufficiently zoom up the pictures it does show on the controller that it is actually 3/9/12... ironically right next to where it say it is 3/6/12. The photo of the controller is correct so if you are looking for 3/9/12 this is a nice light.My bedroom has blackout drapes which I don't always remember to open, so I got this light to make my tropical plant happier. The plant already looks better and I love how it comes on and goes off each day on it's own and I don't have to remember to turn in on... or have it suffer when I forget to open the drapes. :)

It works! My Tropical flowers are coming back this cold weather!!But., the other light(bulb) is kinda off, loose from the base. I’ll still give a five star!

Timer a little confusing; led blinks to show amount of time lights will be on even when they are off. Might be a little distracting in the bedroom. The plants are loving the light and are thriving. Recommended.

LIght arrived quickly. Was easy to set up light and timer although directions looked complicated. It should keep my succulents happy all winter long.
