I use the mask for dry eyes by heating it in the microwave oven and applying to my eyes. It is comforting and helpful and I love that the mask cover is washable. My only complaint is the mask does not retain the heat long enough, but I have tried other masks and that seems to be the case in all brands.

I purchased this as a Mother's Day gift as my mom has been experiencing really bad dry eyes. These help a lot to sooth her eyes. They keep warm for about 5-10 minutes and are easily washable if needed. I like that there were two.

I have blepharitis and dry eye and bought item because of promised 100% guarantee. While mask is relaxing it does nothing for dry eye or blepharitis. I contact seller and they refuse to stand by their guarantee which did not have a time limit on it. I only bought it because of guarantee because it takes more than 30 days to evaluate. The seller does not stand by their guarantee and the product is useless for symptoms like mine. Maybe that's why they lowered the price from $13.49 which I paid.
