I really like that a little screwdriver is included for the transmitter unit, the screw is small so you probably wouldnt have one to fit. You also need 6 AAA batteries for the two receivers and they arent included so either order some at the same time or buy some ready for when the item arrives. Very easy to set up and works really well. I put one receiver in the conservatory and one in the lounge with the transmitter with my mother in the upstairs bedroom. Several walls in between and the signal still reached the receiver units. Really good volume level which can be adjusted. Very pleased with the purchase 😁

I ordered this in a hurry for a visit by an older relative who was going to sleep in a distant bedroom. It arrived within 24 hours and was very easy to set up (don't forget you'll need 6 x AAA batteries). I'm not sure anyone really needs a wide range of different call tones and tunes to choose from, but it didn't take long to select a distinctive one I could live with.The signal range covers our 7-bedroom house on two floors, with our guest far away in an extension.I used to have a remote-sounder doorbell for use when grandchildren visited, but this seems better, with a lanyard on the button unit (wouldn't let a 4-year-old have that - too much opportunity for fun!). The bright blue button is easy to spot next to the bed, even in dim light.

So much choice out there but eventually decided on this one, not disappointed. Good build quality, the devices have a rubber seal for water resistance and you get a choice of sound or light or both on the receivers. Volume of alarm is adjustable with the highest setting being extremely loud. Excellent choice of alarm sounds and tunes to choose from and another plus is that the alarm sounds until you hit the button on the receiver. Pairing alarms to transmitter is simple. Alarm takes 3 x AAA batteries not provided so you will need to get 6. Low battery warning light on both alarm and button. Transmission distance is well over 200m with new batteries. Finally, a nice touch, you get a micro screwdriver provided to access the battery compartment on the button. I would highly recommend this device.

I bought this because an elderly next-door neighbour who lives on her own is unwell and I thought it would be handy if she could summon me in an emergency at the touch of a button, rather than having to fumble with a phone.The device itself feels cheap and nasty but works OK - it only has to communicate a few feet through a party wall. However, once the receiver has got a call signal, it flashes the light and sounds the alarm (or plays annoying tune) for about 5 seconds, then switches off again. If you don't hear the alarm immediately, you will have no way of knowing that it went off. I had thought the light would stay on or something, until you turned it off manually. That is absolutely no good in a situation where the caller might only be up to calling once.Also, the lithium battery in the call button section was dead on arrival. I had to put a new one in. There were no batteries supplied with the receiver.

I’m a full time carer for my mum and during the end of the summer she had a fall and wasn’t near her phone and took me a while to hear hear :-( after that I ordered this and I have the receiver in my room and my mum wears her necklace and it’s great anytime she needs me she just pushes her button and now for the first time in years I can put my phone on silent which I couldn’t b4

I like the range my father needed it to alert me if he falls over. The distance s a cross a road. He would have liked a light on the button to stay on until the receiver is stopped so he knows someone is coming. I had to find a piece of plastic that was easily removed to cover the button as wearing it can cause false alarms. However overall does the job so happy.

My 97yr old father has found this a boon to alert me to problems. Much recommended for peace of mind and ability to respond quickly.

Excellent for elderly to call for help. Signal can actuate alarm when one is in outbuildings to house or in the garden. Slightly high on battery usage.
