These lube applicator syringes work well. Dipping the tip into a bottle of lube, you pull the plunger backwards to fill the applicator tube with your desired amount of lubricant. Then you carefully insert the applicator with its smooth round tip into your or your partner's orifice, slowly pushing the plunger forward as the lubricant shoots out of the hole at the end of the applicator tube. The plunger pulls out completely from the applicator tube for cleaning and the entire apparatus can be reused as often as you like as long as you clean and rinse thoroughly. The plunger can be a bit awkward to get started, and I found it had a tendency to move forward suddenly once you started pushing it, so you must have a steady finger to control the pressure as that controls the volume of lube going out thee other end, but practice makes perfect.
