Doomed to fail, just when you need it.
Just like my last one, this died within a year. This will be the last Wheel Witness I ever buy. If I can't count on a dashcam to work (or at least give me some indication that it's not working) when I need it to, then the company that makes this doesn't deserve my business. I gave this a second try after Wheel Witness refunded my money for the previous one, but more important than money is that the product works, and while this product will work for a short amount of time, it'll never tell you when it dies, and it WILL die prematurely. Meanwhile, I've got a Garmin that's been working for five years.

Great value and resolution.
It's a great, easy-to-use product that's a great value for the price and has a user interface in English. I had a previous dashcam that would turn off when the battery ran out, (and not after a delay like this model,) leading to a weird point where it would turn on and off about six times before being finished. This model is great, works well, has great definition, and comes with everything you need to mount and get it going!

The HD PRO Dash Cam is really Great!
The resolution is fantastic and the setup is simple, just read the setup manual completely before you start. It only takes a few minutes but will get you finished quicker. I am a bus driver and for my own piece of mind wanted a dash cam in case of an event, proof of what really happened. It also keeps me aware that my actions are also recorded and hopefully makes me a more cautious driver. This is my second one, ( have one in my car ) and it is great.

Wheel Witness Pro Dash Cam Performance
This dash camera performed excellent and met all my expectations except one and that was stability of the mounting apparatus. Because of my windshield not being smooth (by design) on the inside upper portion by the rear view mirror, I had to do some adaptation and mount the camera to the rear view mirror mounting stem with a third party mounting kit. This caused the mounting brackets to transfer road vibrations to the camera which I eliminated by reinforcing the mounting mechanisms.

Very disappointing
I tried four of these and had issues with each and every one, either battery issues and or the unit would not start up when you got into the vehicle automatically and it was a challenge to get it to turn on.

None of the buttons work
I like the camera quality, and wide angleBUT BUTTONS DONT WORKI tried anyways, plaggud to power it worked till sd card full then stopped

@ cameras One Died, The second split in half
I have bought 2 of these cameras. Both worked well, until the first one died. I think it was just an sd card issue, so no fault of the camera. The second camera has now split in half. I think due to heat in the truck. Not sure what to do. Might try the sd card the the older cameras and see it i can get that to work.I will say it was a nice unit while it lasted. Took over a year for each to break.
