Okay this does have an excellent camera. However the sound is real low and hard to hear and I spent 52 minutes online with Amazon trying to figure out how to install the batteries and how to install the unit.! The instructions are a single 8 1/2 by 11 sheet front and back and they have no information on what the Allen wrench is for, what the little screws is for, how to mount the unit, how to adjust the volume of the unit, how to change the ringer on the unit and make it stick! In a word, the instructions are terrible! There is no website and no phone number to call! The settings option is totally not user-friendly and very difficult to use.

This product is awesome. It does exactly what I expected it to do, with all of the features you could want for MUCH less than you'd pay for Ring or similar. It comes with a chime, cloud storage, etc. Video quality far exceeded my expectations and the app is very straightforward and easy to use.I did have some trouble with the initial set up - pairing the doorbell to the app on my phone. Throughout that process, customer service from the company was wonderful and willing to go above and beyond to help, despite the fact that they are in a completely different time zone (i believe China?). Regardless, the customer service was great.There is absolutely NO NEED to spend Ring $$$ when you can have this product instead. I love having this.

So far this product is good. This was easy to install, the APP can view the SD card video on time the line, it is a good feature. The customer service is also friendly and helpful. I have 2 phone to connect the doorbell, one of my Android phone cannot received the notification at first. After I contacted the Onlyee Customer service, they said that the Andriod system need to keep the APP running and auto start. And also you have to lock the APP in your backgroud otherwise you don't receive the notification. Thanks for them, I can receive the notification now. Any way, the Onlyee doorbell works great.

Overall, the product appears nice. Works, kind of. I like that it comes with a plug in chime (where, with the "Ring" name brand, you have to buy it separately). I like the cheaper price. However, the following negatives made this product only a "good try" and a "no go": - When someone rings the bell, the phone is notified within a reasonable amount of time. However, when you press the green phone "answer" icon, the doorbell and phone take a really long time to connect the video and audio. You can say something on the phone a few times before the person at the door begins hearing your talk. - I bought this for a mostly quadriplegic. He has some use of one arm hand, but cannot hold a phone to his ear. The doorbell's app (UBell) does NOT have a speakerphone capability. It MUST be held up to your ear. What on earth? (Even for a non-quadriplegic, you cannot view the real-time video at the same time when the phone is up to your ear.)

I truly understand why this device received five stars. The picture, sound, and structure of this device are excellent. I'm sixteen miles away from my home and the picture is still very clear. The night vision is also great. This video doorbell is a great buy.

Let me begin by saying I will be returning this item simply because it just doesn't meet my needs. That being said, there are some positives about it that I would like to share. The images for the price of this camera are very good, and I like that an indoor chime is included if you choose to power the unit by batteries. I must also say that the seller is extremely fast to respond to questions, and truly tries to help if there is a problem. My issues are that it has fairly slow response times. The PIR does eventually send an alert to your phone, but the person must be standing in front of the camera for at least 10 seconds or so before it begins to record. So the reality is that if you've had a package delivered a thief could grab it and disappear and not trigger the camera. I don't know if hardwiring to your existing doorbell wires would improve this problem, as I was using the included batteries. When you want to open the App to see a live view, it takes quite a while before the image will stop buffering and appear, not always, but enough to be annoying especially if you have a super fast wifi connection and upload speed as I do. The Ubell App is very basic, and not very helpful in explaining how your camera functions. I really wish that this would've worked for me since the thought of spending a couple of hundred dollars on a doorbell camera was not appealing. Hopefully in time, some of these issues will be resolved and this product will end up being a winner!
