I didn't notice until after I purchased this that all the "five star" reviews were written on the same day. Suspicious. I found this a total mess, hard to use, instructions that don't match the product, and didn't get the wax off, It's going back.

I am not very content with my purchase. When I got the burner, it did not do a job at keeping a consistent temperature and turned off many times. However, it suddenly got it together and decided to work as it should and has been reliable ever since. The wax is horrible. It was extremely hard to remove and was painful. I will say however that this was my first wax kit so take this review for what it’s worth. I have been waxing for a few months now though and found a better wax and have figure things out since.

Sooooo the instructions in the box was for a different item. The wax absolutely sucks and does not come off smoothly but in pieces! The warmer itself does its job I guess but so does a croc pot. The reviews below are all on the same day probably from the same person! Definitely false advertising!! And damn this wax hurts! I would not recommend anyone get the wax.

This thing is garbage. Works when it feels like it. I switch it from outlet to outlet trying to find an outlet it feels compatible with, that lasts for 10 minutes, it turns off, switch to a new outlet.

Love the temperature control

Warm the wax to the highest temperature first then adjust temperature for application after melted, otherwise you’ll be waiting forever for it to melt to a certain temp.
