The fit felt normal sized, feels secure, comfortable to wear for many hours on end.Tested with blue spectrum test, blocks a lot of blue light but not ALL blue light.The frames and lens feel high quality and the hard case is very useful.All in all i would totally recommend. I work in a hospital and our new unit has super bright fluorescent lights in the 6500k color spectrum. These glasses reduce the amount of eye strain considerably. They also look professional enough that i can wear them at work without looking like some “burning man” hippy.They allow SOME blue light through which i actually like. My wife and I purchased a few different pairs from different brands. These by far are the best. The lenses is the perfect shade. The frames are very comfortable. They actually make you tired when watching tv at night. I take them off and realize the blue light is not good for you in the evening. When it’s bright out they do not work very well. Great for when it’s dark out. Just get em!

Super great glasses. A lot of the blue light glasses on here are super cheap quality from China but I like these they don’t feel like cheap glasses. And they come with a good microfiber cloth and carrying case.

I have severe issues with the light induced migraine. A lot of sun light, florescent office light will give me headaches after a long day at the office. These glasses are life saver for sure. The construction is quite sturdy, and in no way feel cheap at the same time being light enough for me to wear them for 10-12 hours in office. They feel comfortable and my eyes feel relaxed after 10 hrs of continuous office work. Highly recommended! I have not tried the ones with magnification numbers but straight zero power one.

Nice clean lense with great blue block characteristics. Well made and confortable.

First impression appeared well made sturdy fit well. Then FWIW I have a LG oled 65" HD TV the glasses changed all the colors Blues to Green, white to light yellow etc I decided to wear them anyway for 4 hours of TV watching then went to bed I did not sleep well all night well tossing & turning so they did not help me sleep. I would say even if they did help me sleep, I like my HD TV as it is, not altering all the colors! There are a lot of positive reviews maybe you have better luck than I did!
