At first, I received a unit with minor screen issues, but the seller quickly replaced it with one in excellent condition. I'm genuinely impressed—it's hard to believe this is a 2018 model! The battery is in normal health and holds a charge for a long time. The laptop has no noticeable scratches or dents, just an extremely tiny mark that's barely visible. The only minor flaw is that some keyboard letters (like 'A', 'S', 'E', etc.) are slightly faded, but all keys function perfectly. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and truly hope it continues to work well and lasts a long time.

Revised review. I bought the computer 5/10, it is now 7/22 and the computer is completely dead. I bought the insurance butI have to go through Asurion through Amazon and it has been one big runaround. I would not buy a computer from Amazon in general and this seller specifically.Revised review. The seller stepped up and did the right thing. He reimbursed me for the new cord. The computer itself looks brand new and works wonderfully. I would still recommend buying a charging cord setup simply because the reviews seem to have charger issues as a common theme. It will save you the frustration when the computer arrives.I got the computer and it was completely dead so I put it on the charger and nothing happened. Rather than just send it back, I decided to take it to the asurian store since there's one very near our home. It turned out that the computer was fine, but that the cord was not it was bent up the little connection. Things inside were all bent and broken thankfully, the charging block work as well. It was just a cord so the seller owes me $32 for the new cord I had to buy. if the seller comes through and does the right thing and pays me back for the cord, I had to buy then I'll come back and readjust this review otherwise buyer beware I'd highly recommend if you bought one of his computers you just go out and buy your own charging cord and block ahead of time and have it ready because according to the majority of these reviews, we all get crappy cords

The media could not be loaded. Cosmetically it came in excellent condition as promised it turned on out of the box I was able to set up my account and then the battery died while plugged in I tried the other ports none of the 4 ports were responding to being in the charger.I hope it’s the charger and not the MacBook I reached out to the seller so still waiting on a response*UPDATE*The MacBook does charge & hold a chargeIt was new so you may have to push the plug in to make sure it’s Secure not forcefullyAll the 4 ports do workOverall I am happy with my purchaseWill be a repeat customer!Thank you Chrome Source & Amazon.

I was a bit hesitant about buying a refurbished MacBook Pro, but I’m thrilled I did!The laptop arrived in pretty great condition—honestly, I wouldn’t have guessed it wasn’t brand new. It only has a couple of minor scratched on the top, but besides that, it has no visible scratches on the screen itself, and runs like a dream. The performance is incredibly smooth, and the battery life is fantastic—it easily lasts me through a full day or two of work without needing a charge.I also love that it came with an official Apple charger (which was a pleasant surprise since I’ve heard of other customers receiving third-party ones).The features themselves are advanced, making everything from multitasking to video editing a breeze. I feel like I got an amazing deal for a high-end product. If you're on the fence about going refurbished, I highly recommend it!

It basically looked and ran brand new! Only set back was the battery life, been having it for some time now. I don’t regret this purchase.

This MacBook Pro was purchased for a DJ Rig that runs the serato and rekord box software. It came the very next day in excellent condition. I will say the packaging was not ideal, the box it was enclosed in did not have sufficient air wrap. Other than that we love it. It is currently loaded with over 60,000 songs and we're all analyzed very quickly. No complaints and we will be purchasing a few more in the near future 😊

This $1500 macbook pro worked fine for 15 months, but now it’s useless. Last month I thought my laptop was stolen and so I quickly locked it. Thankfully, I retrieved my laptop bag, but the macbook would not unlock. Where there is normally an option to unlock, that option was not available. I spent hours on the phone with AppleCare and going into the Apple Store. I am a professional photographer, and all of this happened during one of my busiest months of the year. Needless to say that alone was really inconvenient, let alone the cost of travel back-and-forth to the Apple Store. It’s been weeks, and finally the AppleCare team has told me that this company is not an authorized reseller and they cannot unlock my computer because of that. The only option left is for this company to repair the firmware issue. However, when I contacted them, they told me they won’t do it. Again, this is a firmware issue. This is not a run of the mill repair situation. This means that the “refurbishing” is not legit!! This is not a standard repair due to negligence on my part, it is a programming issue by the company who refurbished it. The lack of support from this company after selling me a defective product tells me that they are just scammers. Don’t take a chance on a huge purchase like this. I made that mistake. As a professional who relies on my computer for my livelihood, I can say this was a huge mistake in trusting this company to sell me a properly refurbished laptop. They said the 30 day return window is closed, and to “take it to Apple”. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
