Very good product
These have really helped with nighttime cramps. Taste nice and easy to drink. My hydration has improved and I feel better in myself. Easy to use and no fuss. No nasty ingredients either.

I bought these after seeing the on Instagram from a follower and she said these have been her go to when she needs that extra boost and for those who don’t like the taste of water. They taste so good just like lemonade. This helps me to replace any extra water I’ve lost while working out and over sweating without the added sugar and calories. The sachets are great for on the go or even when traveling. A must buy

Handy sachets
These are great for portability-the sachets are handy and easy to carry and use. It does have a lovely taste, mixes great and isn’t salty at all like other brands. It is also not fizzy which is great for teeth. I would buy again if I’d felt any different on them, unfortunately I didn’t. More to do with me than the product, I think. Bottom line is this is the tastiest electrolyte flavour/brand I’ve tried, albeit a bit pricey.
