I wanted to give this product a good review but in the end I can only give it two stars. The instructions leave much to be desired but I did finally figure out how to pair the camera to my phone, start and stop video recording, playback video on my phone using the Lzx View application. The two major flaws are poor indoor video quality unless you have an abundance of light and very poor audio quality (volume). Even with my phone to the highest volume setting the audio was very poor and was no better using ear bud headphones. There was nothing in the instructions about how to increase the microphone sensitivity. There is simply audio on or off options. I would have lived with the video because most of my recording would have been outdoors during the day but the audio performance was so poor I made the decision to return the unit.

Will someone somewhere please write something on line to explain how this gadget is used??? I bought and so far can’t quite figure out how to use it. The instructions that came with it are next to useless. Been looking for better explanation on line or a ‘how to’ video, but have so far found none in English. Why oh why, if you want to sell your product, you can’t provide reasonable instructions!!? I guess I have to just figure it out without help. That is why one star. Maybe I will bring up star rating if can get it to work. Shouldn’t be this hard.

We got this for our son as a present. It works really well and provides good-quality pictures for both photo and video. The iOS app works really well to assist with adjustment and control. It provided the function he wanted.

Took a gamble because it looked good in the picture. The product however is garbage! The instructions are auto-translated from Chinese. What does it cost in China to have someone who actually speaks English review these?? Furthermore, no matter what we did, the thing would not pair as a bluetooth web cam! Tried finding support - just found more Chinese. Product clearly not ready for the US market.

i bought the EP5 ORDRO wearable camcorder one its hard to operate and now it does not connect to any devicethis unit was bought January 2019 for $159.have contacted ORDRO 3 time and still no response back.very pissed and unsatisfied.. Amazon needs to screen more closely of product rep and origin .
