I like the design and the ease of use as well as the pouch provided. However, it uses up the battery fast, really fast. I was only able to use if for one night and it kept shutting down. It needs a different power source.Update...after carefully reading the instructions and using a new battery it works great. I am already seeing a smooth look around my eyes. This is going to be a great gift my girlfriends!Update 1/30/2018 I loved the ease of use of this eye massager wand but wanted to try the Sunmay Multifunctional Eye Massager that does not require batteries. I just received mine as a gift from my husband and I love it! It's got a little more power than the other one, which I will keep downstairs to use at night while relaxing and when I travel and save the new one for daily use.The level of customer service is a solid 10! This company wants their customers to be pleased and will do so without a hassle. Great product and fantastic customer service go very well together. The design of the SUNMAY Ionic Heated Eye Massager Wand has a very slick and elegant look, there is no a single button or switch on the wand. It is turned on by holding the wand and touch your skin at the same time. It turns off as soon as the ward is not touching your skin, very smart design. It uses a AAA battery that comes with it. It also comes with a soft carrying pouch.I can feel the eye cream penetrating better with this SUNMAY Ionic Heated Eye Massager Wand because it combines with the gentle vibration and warm heat. It is not too hot, it is fun to use. As far as the negative iron part, I don't how to test it but I do feel my skin is tighter after using it.

This is amazing to use under your eye with any type of cream you choose. The slight warming and vibration is so relaxing and you're eyes feel so good. It works the moisturizer into the skin really well. I would definitely buy this again and it's a great price! I use it morning and night.

I had a similar product several years ago that was much more expensive - personally I have found that this one does an even BETTER job! It has worked very well for me - highly recommend it!

I don't know if this actually does anything, but it does feel relaxing. It's touch activated so you put your finger on the silver part of the handle and it starts to mildly heat up and gently vibrate. Pretty nice for the price. My mom loved it so bought her one. I guess it's nice to relax at the end of the day and pay a little extra attention to your eye area, but not sure it really delivers any results. Nice packaging and well made product.

Great little light weight gadget! I use this on the eyes during my non-surgical face-lift treatments to stimulate and also reduce puffiness. Its smooth, gentle and easy to use because it's lightweight and sensors prevent me from needing to turn it "on and off"Wonderful add-on....clients love it!

I was a bit reluctant but figured I would give it a try. It is fantastic. I have a great eye cream and I feel like this gets the cream deep in the skin. It is simple to use, lightweight and awesome. I have used it for 5 days now and I swear there is a difference.

Not much vibrating power, neither heat. Just ok to apply creams.

Excellent product and has helped with puffiness and dark circles. It did develop a fault but seller was fantastic got back to me immediately and replaced within a few days.Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this elder highly.

I love this gadget. It does what it says and is very easy to use.After 2 weeks I have not noticed any great changes in my skin but the therapeutic benefits are very relaxing

Been using for a while. I do have very dark eye circles and puffy eyes bags. Honestly, it does feel good while using it, I can notice a little different on my dark circles.

Love it. I use without the vibration and heat over my eyelids to help cool and relax my eyes. Then use the heat and vibration around the eye area and forehead it really helps!! You do need to apply more of an oil based product to the area to make it glide nicely.
