I find the Evnik a fantastic invention; my wife and I both use it nearly every day along with a BodyBlade. They seem to firm, balance, and relax the muscles to enhance other athletic activities. I'm too old to expect anything to improve punching speed, but it's become a useful and enjoyable part of our workouts. It's small and light, so you could easily pack it for travel or use it during a break at work. Highly recommended.

As an admitted fanatic for more than 7 decades when it comes to the martial arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do, Wrestling, Boxing, Krav Maga, Mixed martial arts and weapons) and warrior fitness programs (Circuit training, HIIT, Military/SEAL routines, weights, expanders, power twisters and other equipment) I am always looking for ways to improve my overall fitness even though I am well into my senior years. When I saw this new fitness and exercise product (EVNIK Pro-Speed dumbbell-SAADVAKASS speed simulator-sculpt muscles arms, neck, back, core, not iron-dynamic weight 2-10 pounds) on Amazon I decided to purchase it. I was very impressed with the quick service receiving this product in only one day after ordering it. I found this exercise device very interesting and unique. It light weight and made of strong rubber material. After reading the directions and going on line to make sure I was doing some of the exercises correctly I began to work out with this new training device doing the recommended exercises. I must say, if you are seeking a unique and intense workout whether you are into boxing or not you may want to try out this simple but fascinating exercise tool. You can also use this training tool while punching the various boxing bags in the sport. The unit comes with just one exercise tool but I am thinking about ordering another one so I can work sides of my body and arms using this unique training tool. Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Ok so firstly, the people who are claiming this is just a gimmick or fraud are off the mark and likely just don't understand the product, regardless of what experience they claim. This item definitely helps build fast twitch muscle, and can be a useful training implement. It is not a new concept either, the Bodyblade has existed for years and has been used for isolating muscle chains in sports and rehab stuff. This is basically a little Bodyblade for your punches - which is why I bought it. I have used a Bodyblade for years for isolating things like hip movement in marital arts, and there are definite benefits to this kind of exercise. Now, will this magically make your punches better? No, of course not, 90% of your training is fundamentals and the most this can do is be a form of isolation training to improve power, speed and kinetic chains for your punches. If you use is right -the product seems to work for that-. Additionally, I suspect it would be fantastic for rehabbing your rotator cuff muscles. The only part of the product I am iffy on is the sound-based portion, where you use the sound of the slapping on a heavy bag to coordinate timing of strikes. This I am not too sure about. As far as actually using it to train chains of muscles for punching, it is reliable and definitely works - providing you understand how to use it. So if you buy it, spend some time with the manual, but also watch the videos on saadvakass.com site, you will get a better idea of how to use it. Last thing: I'd would recommend wearing small gloves or handwraps with it, otherwise you will have blisters in not time at all.

Good but gets boring to use, also kinda hard to get used to holding and a little confusing for beginners to use. Once you get the hand of it it’s better for training but would be better if they sold it pairs

Right off the bat - I've been boxing for about 11 years and am relatively advanced/take it seriously. I like to try out new training tools that I happen to find, but to be honest after looking at this one I assumed it would be some cheap gimmick that doesn't work and that I'd return it after trying it a couple of times. Wow that did not end up being the case... All I can say is if you use these things right (punching with full speed, extension, & clenching your fist as tightly as possible as you reach the end of the punch), you will not only end of feeling it the next day (it's great at working your forearms, rear delts, stabilizer muscles in your back/shoulders, & serratus) but you I guarantee you will increase your punching speed. I cannot recommend this tool highly enough if you want to improve your boxing - try it for yourself and you'll see.

Very effective and uniquec fitness product. It produces changes in muscle and nervous system response that is almost impossible to replicate with other equipment. Most exercise equipment focuses on producing a fairly slow pushing or pulling strength. By contrast this brilliantly simple product produces dynamic, explosive power, but forcing the muscles to contract and relax with extraordinary rapidity. Exceptional value. A great aid in enhancing and maintaining the explosive power we tend to lose as we age.

I bought one about a month ago and after the first use, I immediately ordered another. I’ve been boxing a few years and this tool has really helped me over the last month. It really helps your to train utilizing your lat/shoulder on hooks and it also helps make your jabs and 2s quick and snappy. I’ve noticed some pretty crazy vains popping up in my bicep/shoulder since I’ve been using it. Couldn’t recommend enough. I had some doubts before I ordered it but I’m a believer now

After using for just 3 minutes i already feel my wrist and tendons getting super soar and i feel tendons or muscles that havent been worked or havent been worked in awhile out. Super good product so far i think. Only left out a star because i haven't even used it a week. But high hopes. Other than that. I think its a very unique product. I perfer this better than a reflex ball in my opinion.
