These shoes are amazing. I’ve always been a fan of OC, and these don’t disappoint. Light-weight and comfortable.

I will start off by saying the shoes are very comfortable. I specifically bought them to because I needed something comfy to wear while standing the majority of my time at work. That's where the positive stops. Notice i said they are comfy to *stand* in. I cannot imagine how fast these would have fallen apart if I actually ran in them. I posted a picture of the sole pulling away from the bottom. The worst apart about these shoes is their squeak.. they never stop. Both shoes - squeaking as I walk. It's beyond embarrassing. After barely 3 months of use, I decided to contact On Cloud and ask for a replacement as I felt nearly $200 sneakers shouldn't have these kinds of issues so soon. Well, because I didn't buy them directly from On Cloud, they told me to contact who sold it to me. I have tried but I get nowhere. I would love if someone from Fashion House Discount would reach out to me because I cannot figure out how to open a warranty claim through them. Their page on here claims you can but it takes you in circles.I will never buy On Cloud shoes again and I will certainly never buy shoes from Fashion House Discount as long as I live. In fact, I will probably never buy shoes through amazon again, period. Amazon is infested with trash retailers and Amazon Prime is worthless.

Every shoe I bought within last 15 years was size 7 or 7.5 when I intend to wear them with a thick sock. So when I bought ONs I didn't think twice about the size - my feet didn't change in size in over 25 years now, and boy, was my first excursion in my brand-new ONs fun... Good thing i didn't go hiking or something.Overall ONs are pretty good sneakers but I did need a gel heel insert because the back of the shoe bites into my feet a little. I'm breaking them in right now and it takes longer than other popular brands and they feel 'bit more rigid by comparison.
