Really Nice MDF Pool Table
Reading many of the reviews I was really worried about this pool table arriving with damage to the corners or sides. When the Amazon delivery guys arrived I asked them if I could open the box so that I could examine all of the corners and sides so that if it was damaged I could refuse the package. They were totally fine with that and were super friendly and helpful. After opening the box and examining all sides and corners everything appeared to be good with no damage. I thanked the drivers and accepted the package. After they dropped the package off in my garage I took everything out so my wife and I could carry just the table up the stairs by itself. Otherwise it would be a lot heavier to carry everything in the box upstairs. Once the table top was upstairs I brought everything else up to assemble. It took me only about 20 minutes to put it all together. Super easy! I also found that everything else was undamaged and this table looks great! For rating the table itself I think it is well worth the money. It is a very nice inexpensive table and exactly what I was looking for. I did not want the hassle of owning a nice slate table that would be hard to get out of my home one day if I wanted to get rid of it. I have owned an 8 ft single slab table in the past that was in my dad's house when I was younger and it was not easy to move or get rid of. You basically have to post as "free" and hope someone hauls it away. Not with a light MDF table! I had one in my previous condo that I got rid of for free. Easy to move out an elevator. You could also easily move it to a street corner with a "free" sign on it! I also chose this 6 ft table so that it would fit the best in my rec room. If I went with a 7 ft table shots would be more cramped. Of note, here in the USA 7, 8, and 9 foot tables are the norm. If you go to the UK 6 and 7 foot tables are the norm! So nothing wrong with playing on a 6 ft table at all. As for the playabilty of the table the felt is pretty nice (although not fast) and the bumpers work pretty good. However, do not expect this to feel exactly like a slate table. A slate table provides superior feel and play. However, a slate table is a lot more expensive and is a lot harder to move or get rid of. With that said, the table is a lot of fun to play on. I am not striving to be a pro or anything but just want to play everyday for fun. It also looks great in my rec room! The pockets on this table are actually 4" wide to work with the 2" balls it comes with. I also have a set of standard 2 - 1/4" balls to use with it. Although the table can get a little crowded with the 2 - 1/4" balls, it is still enjoyable to play and with the 4" pockets still makes it challenging with the larger balls. I prefer the 2" balls as those feel more suited to the size of the table, which is more like a UK table (they use 2" balls on 6 and 7 ft tables, with 3.5" - 4" pockets). The 2" balls make the shots feel longer and the table less crowded but the tradeoff is it is easier to pot a 2" ball in a 4" pocket than a 2 - 1/4" ball. I think my son who is 11 will like the 2 - 1/4 balls more as it is easier to aim on them. If you are looking for an inexpensive MDF table you will really enjoy it!

From a pool player's perspective
All the negative one star reviews are regarding handling by the freight company, and one regarding size, so I thought it would chime in with a pool player's perspective. It's a small table, but that's the whole point of it. It saves space and still allows you to play while not breaking the bank. It seems to be packed pretty well. My only issue was that it was missing a few washers that I ended up not much needing. You can get away with assembling buy youfself and then turning upwards if you are careful, know what you're doing and have a decent amount of strength. The design is simple and very sturdy. Yes, it is mostly particle wood and MDF, but that goes with the territory. On a functional level it performs pretty well. The rails bounce great (though a little too strongly so you have to slow for realistic angle bank shots) and the table roll is very smooth. The ball doesn't die against the rail or only bounce one rail and stop or roll poorly. It's straight (once leveled), and even though it may not last forever it will probably last for several years if you take care of it and avoid liquids and moisture. It exceeds the local ratty bar table near me, which of course is old and dying; most times I would probably rather play on a more standard size (7-9'). The balls are 2", so a step down from 2 1/4" standard size but work quite well here. It only took me a couple of games to adjust hitting spin and everything. But I also bought a set of the more standard balls and now use those for practice. The pocket size in the corners are 3 and 1/2 in, so smaller than normal, but still easy to shoot into, with smaller balls and shorter proximity (basically snooker pocket and ball sizes but smaller table). It all seems to work out. It feels a little easier than normal tables but provides a good pool experience and practice, and can be a fun change of pace. Keeping in mind it is not slate, the roll is a nice experience and you can get the ball around the table where you need it to off the rails. I've had a 7 ft and a 6 and 1/2 ft table and would probably keep this one just the same in order to save the space while getting out to the pool tables on the weekend (I live on the third floor). Hope this helps. I may decide to upload a video of actual gameplay.

Ticked all boxes for my family
We purchased this table after the holidays when it was discounted. In room, delivery was worth the cost. Several layers of hard card type packaging provided excellent protection for the table. I inspected the package before opening it and was confident the table was also not damaged. 2 adults put this together without any major issues. an electric screw gun helped with tightening the nuts and bolts. My 12-year-old son helped to flip the table over on its feet once assembled, but 2 strong adults could probably handle it. And then the fun began! We've had countless hours of fun playing a good old-fashioned game of Pool. The table is a little slow, but would probably only be relevant for serious players. Yes pockets are a little tight, but if you remove one ball at a time that shouldn't be an issue. The felt is light and a little loose but if you take reasonable care, you shouldn't have any issues. You can always upgrade pool cue etc. Overall, I have zero complaints and I'm fully satisfied with what I consider an ideal toy for growing teens and adults who just want to have a little fun at home. PS. My hubby added a few simple modifications making that I love. You might see these in the photos: markups on felt, cue rack on table base and chalk and triangle attachments.

Perfect little table
Who doesn't want a pool table in their rec room? We forsure did, but we don't have room in our basement no matter what direction because it just isn't big enough, so we had to go with this little table. We purchased normal size sticks but will still use the small ones if tight shot. But this table is fine. Man playing is 5'11 200lbs playing with normal size stick and the mini balls it came with. Basement rec area is 320 square feet. Some of the reviews are on shipping and they must have stepped up their game. I had this delivered to my work. Because it has a dock and I thought that that might save it from being damaged. Upon opening the box, I noticed that they're was wood protection on the corners. It was packaged in two boxes with lots of styrofoam, so they did a good job of packing it. Two men delivered it and carried it off the truck with care. They waited for me to open it up and checked the felt to make sure everything was good before I signed for it. I believe having the dock did help. Because they didn't have to lower it from the truck to possibly drop but with the corner protector I think it would have still been fine. The ping pong is definitely small but still very playable. If you want a table for people to just have something to do while hanging out you won't get any complaints. We aren't hosting tournaments. We played 3 games of pool and 3 ping pong after getting this built and had some good laughs. We will be making some fun memories with this and that, is priceless. If you want a table to fit in your small area I recommend this, if you want to flashy table to impress your friends don't get this table. I would buy again.

NOT worth the hassle if your missing pieces or something is broken
Great pool table.. BUT it came broken, I called Amazon & they sent me another one, told me to take what i needed & they would come the next day to pickup.. It took 3 ppl to bring it up stairs soo caution it’s heavy heavy.. long story short I called amazon for atlest 2 weeks asking when they would pick this 6ft heavy box that’s taking up my whole front porch.. over 30 days go by & yep I kept the screen shots of the chat- Amazon started charging my card for the full price of the table that I’ve already paid for, that I thought they pick up.. because really were did it go?? NOW there saying I owe them for something I’ve already paid for.. it’s been a nightmare, & I had to cancel my prime membership because over 30 days later your harassing me for something I couldn’t move myself that they should have gotten already.. customer service did NOTHING but lie to me.. it will come broken it’s just to heavy for one driver to carry efficiently carry by themselves- soo if you would like to deal with the nonsense then go ahead & order.. BUT it’s a great new piece to my game room JUST NOT worth the trouble & believe me Amazon that was the short version I could have REALLY told these ppl everything..

Top not level and can’t be leveled
Pool table will not be delivered to your door. They left it beside the road. The table looks good but it is very unleveled. The balls tend to roll toward the edges on both sides lengthwise, so there is no way to level it with the adjustable legs.

Great quality for the price!
Delivered exactly on time. Heavy, but very easy assembly. I put it together by myself easily but needed help flipping it over. For the price - the quality is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not a slate table, obviously. It can be wobbled with force and shouldn’t be sat on. But it plays so nicely and I think I am enjoying it more than my kids. The cue sticks that come with it are far from straight. But I expected that and had already purchased a set of 4 for maybe $50 that are really nice. The balls are not regulation size. I know the manufacturer insisted that they are, but they are smaller than regulation. For sure. However, it is a smaller table and I think that makes the smaller balls more appropriately sized so I don’t mind that. The biggest reason I chose this table over other similarly priced ones was the ping pong top. Others either don’t have the top or the top folds up. Think of unfolding a board game - how it is never perfectly flat. A ping pong table that isn’t flat is useless. This top is one solid piece. It is heavy and lays perfectly flat. So it also serves as a perfect way to protect the (admittedly thin) felt from my cats. All in all, this table has absolutely delighted me considering how affordable it is and how easily it fits into the room. With proper care, I expect it to last a few years. Easily a 5⭐️ purchase
