No more gingivitis and tastes yummy!
Love this probiotic! I take one lozenge every evening after brushing. I suck on it for a bit then chew it up. I hate flossing so I rarely do it. Don’t judge!!! lol. (It’s like nails on a chalkboard to me). I’ve been taking this for a year and my hygienist now brags about how great my gums and teeth look so apparently this is helping! The apple flavor is my favorite! Reminds me of an apple jolly rancher. I’ve also noticed my stomach cramps less in the morning when I wake up, which is an added bonus!!

Successful making "yogurt".
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I sent for this product during the hot summer (June) and I wasn't sure if the bacteria survived. I made the L. Reuteri "yogurt" with the tablets and it turned out perfect.

Good product/bad delivery
I use a CPAP machine, and the BioGaia lozenge (I put one under my tongue when I go to bed) keeps me from waking up during the night with dry mouth. However, delivery is terrible. I ordered it on May 28, and I received it on June 9--almost two weeks.

The dentist was surprised why my gums are so healthy considering my age. I told her I take a probiotic for gums. She was impressed!

I really haven't seen any special benefit to these. It's like crunching an apple flavored sweet tart candy (except it isn't particularly sweet thankfully, and isn't tart). It doesn't have a pro-biotic vibe at all (if that makes sense).No harm / no foul.I prefer Boka chewable mouthwash tabs. Talk about therapeutic!

These are great
These are amazing, I cannot tell if it has helped with my mouth, but it sure helped for my gut!!! I will buy them forever more! It's the first time a probiotic worked so well it was a noticeable difference.
