Inov-8 F-Lite 192 Cross-Training Shoe

Like the other many Inov-8 that I have, the shoe fits very well and is comfortable from the moment you first put it on. Lots of room in the toe box, but fits exactly as expected.

Inov-8's F-Lite 192 are a great and comfortable workout shoe as well as casual shoe for comfort.

Great minimalists with 0 MM lift. I use them in the gym for GTA Squats, Dead lifts, Kettlebells, etc. It's almost like being barefoot. Very light and breathable. I would purchase again. One caveat, if you are new to Minimalists, you will need to take it very easy in the beginning wearing these. They have zero lift, so you will be using calf muscles and foot muscles that you haven't used before if you wear conventional support running shoes. I would suggest just walking in them in the beginning or doing very short runs (1/4-1/2 mile). Very happy with this pair of sneakers.

These tennis were just a little too narrow for my wide feet. Too bad. Otherwise they felt pretty comfortable. I even bought a larger size but these damn wide feet of mine....and moving up a size just felt too long of a shoe. If I continued with another size up I'd have clown shoes and women would probably start hitting on me for the wrong reasons, you know. Anyway, yes I would recommend these for narrow feet

These are my 4th or 5th pair of Inov-8s. While they provide many of the qualities I like in this brand of shoe, the width seems very large such that I need to pull the laces very tight pulling the sides of the shoes together to get a snug fit. As such, I will stick to the 230-240s that I like. I also prefer the added cushioning of the 230+ shoes but I knew there would be less cushioning in this shoe so I am not marking the shoe down for that, only for the width issue.

Great shoe. I did not rate the arch support because I personally do not think arch support is a good thing in a shoe (engineers don't put something unlearn arch to support it, it's an arch, thats the point). It is predominately flat in the shoe, and I like that.

My feet usually get very claustrophobic in athletic shoes, but I wore these shoes as soon as I received them, and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable pair of shoes!

Jo, gibt eigentl nichts weiter zu sagen zu dem Schuh. Zum laufen finde ich ihm doch etwas sehr puristisch, allerdings zum Crossfit der perfekte begleiter.
