Are these neonatal or for premature?

You'll have to cut the sticky part down to the size that you will need. I was using them off and on for my son between the ages fo birth and 3 months and they worked fine. Just don't be upset if they break once a day, with babies skin constantly growing and changing any colostomy bag just doesn't stay on for very long.

How well does this hold up for normal kid activities without leaking?

I'm sorry, although it seems strange, I buy them for an adult, they last between three and five days. I don't know if it helps you
