It is nice, but I want to know how long we should wear this per day?

This is not a slimming belt . It’s specifically for back support / back ache . We can’t even return this product so it’s a total waste of money for us ! Wrong description and image !

i am using it on a regular basis during the day. it fits well. helping me in maintaining tummy in and stay straight while walking, standing, and sitting thus not putting over burden on backbone. wearing it makes me feel fitter. initially for few minutes on the first day when i wore it, it took some time to get accustomed but soon after that is quite comfortable. with two level adjustments i can tighten or losen from the front or from the side.

This is best if you have a back ache. Its sturdy, good quality and also becomes warm. I feel quite relief when I wear it to the Gym and at home too. But if you are looking only for a sweat belt than this is not it. You feel warm and little sweaty but it does not work like a sweat belt

This product is saviour for me because it's easy to ware and best part to reduce my tummy after my pregnancy. It is so durable and can fit anyone so some times even my husband wear it to reduce its tummy .

This belt is very helpful for keeping my body posture correct and helpedin reducing my back pain ... fabric is comfortable to use it daily.. hope it will help me reducing belly fat too...

Very effective product its really relief the back pain.. and keep steady the backbones.. Its very useful for reduce the belly fat for mothers after delivery and very useful for computer based Workers..

Belt is good.... But not comfortable...
