Works as as it should.
While bought this model by mistake, as I wanted the single SD adapter, I figured if test it out. 🤗It worked as it should have. Insert 2 microSD & insert the adapter into the camera, simple right...YUP it worked just fine 😁I tried 2 2gb and even a 2gb & 4gb at the same time, YUP, it read them just fine showing over 1000 pictures could be taken😎. Snapped a few shots pulled out the microSD, pushed in the PC and what do you know ... pictures. I can ONLY assume the adapter will fill 1 side card then the next. 🤷 as I didn't test that far? While yes you can get a ##gb compact flash card for about the same price. Having a standard, newer compatability is way netter!Remember FORMAT the cards AFTER you insert them... using your camera!!.

Doesn’t work!
Card doesn’t work the micro sd cards I used work fine but don’t work with cf adapter I purchased. I can’t recommend something that doesn’t work. Good concept but just that

Extra storage
I use this for a cannon 40D camera. CF cards can be expensive and storage space can run out quick, so being able to use a cheaper higher storage disc is great. The first one I got quite a few years ago is still functioning, but is starting to show it's usage, which I have most definitely got my money's worth.

MicroSDx2-CF
I just received a microSD to CF adapter and ran some test on it. The card works as advertised and I was very impressed. There are a number of bad reviews but the question is are they for the microSD or the regular SD adapter. You also have to understand something about file systems and computers besides just cameras. The card worked excellent with one microSD card in the first slot, it also worked with two microSD cards but they had to be the exact same type of card you cannot mix memory sizes. If you use two cards it stripes across those cards so you cannot take one out and use it in a computer by itself you have to use them inside the adapter. That is not the same if you only use one card you can then use that inside of a computer without the adapter. I haven’t tested speed yet but as far as total size of cards my canon 7D uses fat32 to format so the total combination of the cards cannot exceed 132 GB and again they should be the same size and type of cards. Mine was made in Taiwan don’t know if that makes a difference if they come from different places but I’m happy so good luck.UPDATE: Returned card. Apparently after you format two cards in micro adapter at once, the cards become unrecognizable in any other device. Had to return cards to adapter one at a time and format in camera and then in PC for them to work again.

Had to return.
Was able to use in a card reader, but it would not work in a Nikon D810 DSLR camera, which was the primary purpose for the purchase. Other cards have also been hit/miss with this camera, so I don’t think it’s a bad design necessarily- but also didn’t work as intended.

Works perfectly with my two 32GB Class 4 San Disk chips
Left with a couple of 32GB Class 4 San Disk chips that used to be in my prior phones, I backed up all the data and then formatted the two to blank status followed by installing them into this adapter. From there I installed the adapter into my CY CF Compact Flash Memory Card to Laptop 2.5 44 Pins Male IDE Hard Disk Drive HDD SSD Adapter which was then installed into my long unused 2.5" USB enclosure. I did a speed and performance test on the resulting 64GB Raid 0 storage and speeds were good and storage has been reliable so far. I'll update this review only if I see any unexpected defects or issues regarding this CF dual sd adapter.
