Not too thick but what a difference they have made to my walking boots. I bought a pair of walking boots which seemed good in the shop when I tried them on but once I started using them I found the soles were too thin and I could feel any stones underfoot, also when walking on hard surfaces that my joints suffered. I have only used them once since I received them but these insoles have stopped all the issues, made walking so much easier as they seemed to make me feel like I was walking on springs and were so much cheaper than buying a new, more expensive pair of boots.

They are very comfortable and good quality. Only negative side is that unlike other insoles I used in the past, these don't have guiding lines to tell you how much you need to cut, so to reach the right size I had to start cutting randomly until it was the right length for my shoes.

My physio recommended these to support me with reducing ankle pain following an injury. Arrived quickly, easy to cut to size and extremely comfortable. I have replaced the soles of my trainers with them and they are brilliant and do not feel at all odd like others have in the past. Cushions well when walking and am hopeful that they will help reduce the pain.

I have wasted a lot of time buying insoles and having to return them over and over because they have not offered the right support and I went from someone that initially just wanted some more comfort to someone that started randomly experiencing excruciating pain while standing/walking. I am sure one of the insoles I purchased previously also caused my issues so started feeling like nothing would help.I needed extra padding… don’t need arch support but as much padding as possible and most claimed to be thick but were still thin which made me apprehensive with this product however there was no regrets with this item! My foot pain started to get better almost instantly and took a further 2 days to fully stop having pain!I went ahead and got another pair for my indoor shoes (so 2 pairs in total) and it has made such a difference! I can walk again with ease, am no longer having throbbing feet when sitting down and just overall feel so much better! I wish I had found them so much sooner but regardless it’s better late than never!Thank you so much for this product! Such a game changer! I will buy more when needed.

Support was average, as was comfort. Although the brand was recommended I didn’t really benefit from them other than them being a bit more spongy than a standard insole.

I love these. Have bought a few pairs now. I love walking and used to suffer badly with plantar fasciitis but no more, as long as I have these in my shoes. I also have hip arthritis but can walk for miles and miles now with no pain. I cannot rate them highly enough if I could give 20 stars I would

These insoles feel very supportive and i feel a bit taller in them!! Brought for my golf shoes, so will try them out soon.

Just Brilliant. If you find pavements and running tracks just too hard, these are the solution. I've used them for the past 30 years and they're still great.
