Received mine yesterday, tried it out last night and it's great, worked wonders on my leg that's getting over a recent break.The unit itself is tiny, it looks like 2008 or so Samsung candy bar phone, in fact I'm pretty sure I've seen the unit itself used before, I had an Mp4 player that looked identical to it, same on/off switch, same screen, same buttons, same charging port. I'm sure they've repurposed the units and just changed the inner workings, but it's very impressive to have something so small with so many functions. It's really light too so it'll slip into a pocket without even noticing.The wires it comes with are sturdy and good quality, the mini USB is long enough you won't need to buy another, it even had a plug which surprised me so kudos for that (even though I have downs dozens of them, some folk might not)The 8 gel pads are decent and well packaged.The tens when working is very powerful, I had to use it at about 60% or so most the time as it was a bit uncomfortable over it, but ended up pushing it to 80% when I'd gotten used to it. The many different settings all seem much of a muchness if I'm honest, a lot seem very similar. I just found one that was fairly constant and stuck to that.The battery was fully charged upon turning it on, and I used it for over an hour and it was still showing 3/3 bars.The only criticism I will give is when you've found a setting you like, eg the 4th setting, and you have it at 50%. If you swap the setting the sensitivity drops back down to 0% again. It does this every single time so to try them all out you have to switch from one to another, and increase the sensitivity single time. Makes for hell of a lot of bottom pressing. That could be addressed with upgraded software I'd assume but it's not a major problem and once you've found the setting you like you'll doubtless not bother with the other dozen or so. The screen doesn't stay on very long either, almost as soon as you stop pressing anything it goes dark meaning more button pressing. Again not a big deal, but could be looked at perhaps. Some kind of options setting perhaps where you can choose the length of screen out time, which intensity level to start at (anything below 3 bars you won't even feel)For £22 it's an absolute steal though. It did the job I wanted it to, it's well made and well packaged (despite the box making me laugh, just says massager which you normally equate to things ladies use at night) and seems to be something that will last. A few UI tweaks to improve the QOL features and it'd be perfect, but I'm perfectly happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking into a Tens machine. 5 stars.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter who suffers from shoulder, leg and back pain.Comes with 8 attachments which is fantastic as really hits the spot.She has found it very effective say8ng after 2 sessions during the day relieve pain significantly.Appears to be good quality and well made.

Pretty much does what it says on the tin. Lots of different programmes and strengths, some a bit too strong so take care. Quite small, though the cable with four ends is pretty long, nicely made and looks smart. The LED screen is large and the characters easy to read, some of the symbols are a bit small and you will need to read the manual before use. USB rechargeable so if you have a computer then no problem recharging. I find on a full charge, set to a medium programme for 30 mins., it lasts through about 6 to 8 uses before needing a recharge.

Amazing product, after paying £50 for a battery powered TENS machine for the last x amount of years, this is a revelation! A small but mighty piece of equipment.I have several chronic pain conditions & am recovering from major pelvic surgery, due to my muscles not activating my physio suggested using a TENS machine to help them, with 16 different programs from OMFG to Ahhhhhh- I was spoilt for choice! Easy to set up & the fact it is rechargeable & the pads are all reusable are a huge money saving plus.Excellent & highly recommended by a chronic pain suffer for over 30 yrs.

Bought it as had couple professional treatments so wanted to try at home. Good product for relaxation. Tried on my mum, myself and partner. They liked it is well. Got lots of functions for different parts of the body. Powerful.

I've waited a few weeks while I try this out properly, just to say after a few tries I've found it has helped with the pain in my shoulder and elbow so much... my wife and I use it most evenings and have found it to be very good with pain management. Easy to use, very glad were brought it

I have now used 3 tens machines and this is the best one I used. You can genuinely feel like you are being massage or whatever on the settings and all of them help ease a bad/stiff back. The battery life is incredible and the design is easy and you can use all 8 pads at once. I ordered this at 9pm and it arrived the next day. I have a hairy back and it sticks and removes without pain or issue. I highly recommend and 20 quid is a bargain

The unit came and I was not expecting to much from the price i paid for it, but i was pleasantrysurprised, 16 settings options tested all found the best results with numbers 7. 15 & 16 options.Battery life was good you get 4-5 hours from one full charge depending on what setting optionsyou choose. Only thing I did find a bit slow, was charging using the USB cable to charge the devicefrom my Personal computer, take up to 9 hours. But if you charge the device with the plug it halvesthe time to charge the device.The main disappointment is the PADS they are great the first 2 times you use them but they then beginto loose the sticky surface to adhere to the body, So i washed them under warm water and left them todry face up on a cloth. This helps bring the sticky surface back, not as like new but close to it making thePADS adhere to the body better again.My recommendations; do like is did only use one of the cable set not all four, that way you use only two PADS,place one pad either side of your body about 8 inches apart and you will get a great result for pain relief.I would also buy when purchasing the additional PADS set it is a wise choice because after about 20 uses you willneed to use a NEW set of PADS.
