Q: Can I use multiple pieces of bands/tubes to increase the resistance of an exercise?

Yes, you may use two similar lengths of bands to increase the resistance. This will have a cumulative effect on the resistance.

Q: How do i know if i need the latex-free bands or not? and does the resistance of theraband latex free bands match theraband latex bands?

In my opinion, unless you have a latex allergy, you shouldn't need the latex-free bands. If you're using these in a professional healthcare setting, having either only latex free or both latex and non-latex is ideal for out patient OT/PT. However if you're using these for personal use, it's whichever you prefer. And yes, same strengths and resistance levels whether they are non-latex or latex!

Q: How do resistance bands/tubes compare to free weights?

No comparison. Free weights will build muscle faster that resistance training with bands. I use them as therapy for my busted shoulder.

Q: I recently bought this, but what are some exercises I can do with this?

Look online (google). I used them for ankle and shoulder therapy.
