Jackery Supercharge 26800 Review
I first ordered the Jackery Supercharge around a week ago. I was super excited to find a Power Bank that had USB C PD at 45W, being that no other power banks from the competition, are even remotely capable of such charge speeds. The fastest that most other power banks sold on Amazon seem to be capable of is 27W or most recently 30W. My primary device being a Pixelbook, is capable of receiving a fast recharge through USB C PD at 45W when plugged in with the included Power Adapter. The forthcoming Pixel Slate, will also be capable of the same exact charging speed, PD at 45W. Knowing that the USB C Specifications have advanced to a point, where I know it is more than possible to fast charge one's USB C PD Enabled devices at the same charging speeds, as if they're plugged into a power outlet, I was honestly shocked to only find one other legitimate power bank (besides this one from Jackery) that had a 45W charging speed capability. The only other power bank capable of 45W PD, which I was able to find, was at the Apple Store; but that device costs $200, does NOT come with a 45W Power Adaptor, does not have a numerical display that tells you how much charge is left on the battery, and has a capacity of only 20000 mAh. So, knowing all this, I obviously went with the Supercharge, literally switched to the Amazon tab I had open, and placed my order. The first unit I received unfortunately was not properly outputting a fast charge to any of my devices, a Pixel 2XL and Pixelbook, as well as a Nintendo Switch. It actually took me a full day to actually realize that the unit I received was defective, since I was able to charge up the battery itself from about 25% to full capacity, in less than 3 hours. In 2 hours and 45 minutes to be exact. So clearly it was, true to its specifications, capable of a 45W charging speed capacity.I decided to go ahead and email Jackery's customer support. With respect to my prior experiences with tech sellers on Amazon, I honestly wasn't expecting a whole lot. But I went ahead and contacted anyways, because I really was in no mood to return another defective tech. item. After emailing, I was shocked to see an email from their customer service team, with a proper subject line and everything, less than 8 hours after I'd first emailed them. I proceeded to try and troubleshoot the first battery bank, referring to their suggestions. Unfortunately, the only end results were my Pixel 2XL no longer accepting any type of charge from it, my pixelbook started to (from what I could tell) disable it's built in battery, and switch over to using the Supercharge as an external power source. The Nintendo Switch just continued to recognize it as a Low Power charging source.Although I should've been upset by all this, I honestly wasn't, as all it did was confirm to me that the battery was indeed capable of what it was in fact designed for. I proceeded with Jackery's offer to RMA the original battery. Please take note that all this occurred within a span of about 3 days, as their subsequent emails were all received very promptly, within less than 24 hour time spans, answering any further questions I had along the way. Jackery even paid for the return shipping of the first device, which I assume isn't that inexpensive, given the device's weight and the fact that it's a battery. My replacement device, was even shipped out to me with priority shipping from them. At the end of all this, I honestly have to say, that this was the best customer service experience that I've ever received with any tech seller on Amazon, and I've gone through quite a number of questionable experiences in the past.Come Today, I received my replacement Supercharge, an entire day earlier than it was scheduled to arrive. Yet another reason as to why you can never go wrong with the US Postal Service. When I saw the package for it, I was again shocked, in that it was a completely new unopened box, complete with an additional USB Cable & Power Adapter. I was instructed to only send them the battery, and had thought that only the Supercharge would be replaced. I'm sincerely thankful for the unexpected surprise.I'm beyond happy to report that the replacement supercharger is working even better than I'd expected. I charged it up as soon as I received it, from 50% to 100% in less than 2 hours. I've been typing this very review for the passed 45 minutes or so, and my pixelbok is 80% charged up, from about 20% initially. The Pixelbook is correctly identifying the Supercharge as an external charging source, and correctly calculating the estimated charge time remaining. My new Pixel 3XL (I was a bit worried about potential incompatibilities, being that the Pixel 3 uses the latest USB C 3.1 Specification) but I can confirm that it too works without any issue, able to accept a full rapid charge from the battery. As for the new Supercharge itself, the build quality is amazing, seriously it feels great when picked up in the hand. Something about Power Banks, especially the larger capacity one's, that I tend to prioritise more importantly, is their weight balance. It's impossible to know how heavy a Power Bank will be when buying online. But for the Superharge, I can confirm, that it has a near perfect weight balance. It may still be a bit heavy for some, and dependant upon personal preference as well, but portability with it should not be an issue for most. I find it much easier to carry, than my older 20,000 mAh RavPower Battery, which I sometimes found to feel a bit heavy when carrying around. It's a bit strange, considering the Supercharge is a higher capacity battery than my older one, and the RavPower was constructed entirely from a plastic casing. The numerical battery indication display, is something you'll wish other Power Banks implemented, it'll make so much more sense in your mind, than a series of blinking lights. FInally, in terms of cost, well I already mentioned the $200 45W Power Bank sold by Apple, add into that price another approx. $70 for a 45W/80W Power Adapter, and another $30 for a longer USB C to C Charging Cable, and you'll realize (like I did) that you would've paid over $300 (after taxes), compared with what you get here when Buying from Jackery for $120 (It is also currently on sale, at the time of me writing up this review). For a slightly higher cost from the main competitors, you'll find battery banks of the same capacity, but none are capable of 45W Charging speeds, most don't come with a numerical display indicator, and finding another battery bank, that's bundled with a fast charging power adapter is very limited. In closing, buy with confidence, and rest easy with any potential problems that may arise, as their customer service is beyond amazing.I hope you guys continue on, with great success, in everything that you do, and lead as an example for those certain other tech sellers/companies, who don't seem to be motivated enough to incorporate the latest technology standards/innovations into their products; and yet are more than willing to put forward unreasonable asking prices for what they offer.

Jackery SuperCharge 26800 PD - All the Battery You Need
I first discovered about Jackery back in November 2017 and was highly impressed with their battery packs at the time. This review will be about the SuperCharge 26800 PD and this is another amazing product from the company. My review below will be summarized in four categories: unboxing experience, build quality, features, and performance.Unboxing Experience:I decided to include this in my review because it was definitely a great experience unboxing this battery pack. The battery and charger comes inside this sleek looking black square box. When opening the box for the first time, it felt like I was opening a jewelry box. Inside the box is a foam insert with cutouts to protect the battery and charger during transport. The package contents include the battery pack, a wall charger, and USB C to USB C cable (one end of the cable has a USB A adapter). Overall, unboxing this device was very luxurious and really sets the tone that you're purchasing a quality device. Next I will be talking about the build quality.Build Quality:Just like my first Jackery battery (Titan S 20100), the build quality for the SuperCharge 26800 PD is very durable and feels very premium in the hands. The battery itself has a solid build thanks to the aluminum housing. You can tell a lot of development and thought went into the design of this battery. Everything from the edges of the battery, to the LCD display and power button for the display feel and look very durable. I have no doubt that this battery will survive your travels and outdoor adventures. The durability will withstand falls and being knocked around in your travel bag or luggage. The device is a bit on the heavier side weighing a little over 1 pound. However, this is to be expected considering the battery has such high capacity (26800 mAh). I'll definitely travel a little bit heavier for the extra amount of power this device provides. In terms of dimensions, the battery is about 6.5" long and 3" wide. So, it's definitely small enough to travel with. In addition, the included 45W wall charger also has a great build quality. The housing of the charger is made of a black colored glossy material which gives it a very sleek and sexy appearance.Features:The battery is very simple but includes all the features you need and expect from a battery pack. The battery has a very high capacity (26800 mAh). It has a LCD display to show you how much power is available from the battery. The display actually shows a percentage instead of just indicator lights. To charge the battery, there is a USB C port which connects to the included 45W wall charger and USB C cable. To charge other devices, you can connect your devices to the battery's USB C port or USB A port. The USB C is capable of doing power delivery (PD), meaning that it can charge PD capable devices in a short amount of time. As a disclaimer, I was not able to test PD functionality because I did not have a PD capable lightning cable to charge my iPhone X on hand. Lastly, the specifications of the battery is printed on the device so you should have no problems getting through airport security that require this.Performance:Just to reiterate the battery's capacity is 26800 mAh and the charger is 45W. The output of the charger can do 3A and can fully charge the battery pack pretty quickly. It took the SuperCharge 3-4 hours to fully charge with about 7% battery life left. You can also use the wall charger to quickly charge your 12" MacBook or other USB C power devices like the Nintendo Switch. The battery's performance is nothing short of amazing. I tested this battery pack with my 12" MacBook, iPhone X, and Nintendo Switch. At 100% battery capacity, the Jackery SuperCharge charged my iPhone X to full capacity about 6 times. For my 12" MacBook, the battery was able to charge my laptop fully twice. Lastly, I was able to charge my Nintendo Switch four times. Therefore, I can vouch that the product's description is pretty accurate in terms of the battery's performance.Summary:This is a fantastic battery pack for the price. In my opinion, this outperforms and provides batter value than let's say a Mophie battery pack. The battery has such a high capacity so it can provide you days of power without having to worry about finding available outlets to power your devices. The included 45W wall charger is a nice bonus. This battery worked perfectly for charging my 12" MacBook, iPhone X, and Nintendo Switch. I couldn't be more happier with a device of such great build quality, features and solid performance.
