I used to struggle with bad posture habits and carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists before getting this laptop stand. It has been absolutely amazing! I use this stand for my MacBook Pro 15.4 on a regular desk with a wireless mouse. My laptop is lifted off the desk at such an angle to prevent my shoulders from slouching and placing my hands ergonomically on the keyboard (there are several slots to adjust the angle of the laptop on the stand. My preferred setting is on the steepest angle). Ventilation for the laptop is also better since it is no longer sitting directly on the table anymore. Accessibility to the side ports is also much easier; it's something I used to always struggle with. The stand feels very well built and is made of aluminum, not plastic, and has rubber bumpers to prevent any scratches on the laptop's bottom finish. The stand complements my MacBook nicely and is esthetically pleasing (I have the silver one). The stand fold up easily for transport or for storage and is lightweight yet sturdy. I'm very pleased with this stand and totally recommend it.

Using my laptop on the kitchen table was giving me a serious crick in my neck, and raising the whole thing up with some wooden blocks put the screen at a better height, but was not optimal for typing. This laptop stand seems to be an answer to some of those problems. First off, it's sturdy, and doesn't rock when I type, and although I wouldn't want to have to type a 15-page paper with the keyboard at this angle, for more casual typing, it isn't uncomfortable. The screen is in a good spot for online meetings or classes, or just reading on the internet, as it is raised up nearly in front of my face, without also raising the keyboard to mid-chest.The stand folds up, and is very portable. It also doubles as a book stand, if I want to read a textbook while I'm eating or something.

My 3.3 pound, 13.5 inch laptop fits firmly on the stand with no slipping. Easy to change between the 6 possible tilt settings. Folds flat for easy transport. Very stable. I chose this product over its similar competitors because the images in the description showed that this product had more rubber strips to prevent slippage.Stand is about 9.5 inches wide. My 13.5 inch (screen diagonal) laptop is about 12 inches wide ... so my laptop extends about 1.5 inches on each side beyond the stand. Heavy/repeated presses of a key on the extreme left or right side of the keyboard (such as the "backspace" on right or "tab" key on left), does cause the laptop to wobble a little. Repeated heavy presses on keys in the middle of the keyboard ("spacebar") does NOT cause any wobble.This is NOT a big problem ... I just am careful to not press the keys too heavily. This is NOT the fault of the stand ... it would likely happen with any stand when the laptop extends way beyond the left/right edges of the stand. When buying any stand, check the width of the stand as compared to the width of your laptop. More than a few inches beyond the left/right sides of the stand might result in "wobble" if you tend to heavily press keys (on left/right sides of the keyboard.

The stand is light weight and folds up flat. I didn’t realize that it would come apart so easily. You can’t pick it up and move it without it loosing what ever adjustment you had. I fixed this by wrapping and tying a ribbon across the back support and the frame... This may not be an issue for anyone else, but it’s a buggy to me. If I left it in a fixed position on my desk it would be okay.

I looked at a lot of adjustable stands on Amazon, before decided to buy this one. It's a good one for my needs. Exactly what I needed to hold my MacBook Air laptop at a better angle for typing and viewing. It has a simple design that works great, with enough angle adjustability settings - very suitable. Feels sturdy, yet is lightweight. Folds flat for traveling. Good amount of cushioned areas to protect the laptop from scratches and the surface underneath too. I think the cushions are made of silicone, because my laptop hasn't slipped out of place once. Well worth the price, yet not pricey.

3+ years on and I'm still using it. It has served me very well.

Really love the this stand. Works great with all our laptops and folds flat so it's easy slip into my briefcase or backpack and take it on the go. Easily adjusts to the just the right tilt so it makes typing so much better. The rubber pads protect my computer from scratches and whatever may be on the table at school, the library, or at home. Stand is sturdy and stays in place well while I'm working. Get one you'll love it! You might have to get two as my husband is always trying to steal mine.

This laptop stand has the potential to be a 5-Star product.It's one flaw is that the rubber non-skid pads do not stay in position.The reason is that whatever adhesive they are using is not even close to being up to the job.My stand is basically stationary but those bottom pads have moved or completely detached from the body of the stand.Very unfortunate because otherwise this simple product does it's job; it's well-made; it's light and easily portable.But that glue-job is an epic fail. I imagine if the manufacturer would appreciate better reviews this would be a relatively simple and easy fix for them. I hope they do...

This arrived while I was on a videoconference. DH unwrapped it, passed it to me, and I popped my macbook on it. Instant improvement!I'm spending a lot more time in Zoom calls and such these days, and previously had my laptop propped up on top of a yoga block so I wasn't always looking down and straining my neck. But that made it very hard to type. Now I keep my laptop on the stand all the time, as ergonomically it's just so much better.The stand is quite sturdy, though I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 in the stability department only because there is a little side to side flexibility or "play" in it. This is a function of the elevation support, which does not extend all the way across the width of the stand but rather provides support only in the centre. It's a very minor issues though, and all things considered I'm very happy with this purchase.
