I definitely recommend trying this tea if you struggle with hormonal issues or period related symptoms. I started drinking Tulsi tea, because it helps to relieve bloating, cramps, acne, and stress levels around and during my cycle. I saw this brand (I had been drinking a different tulsi tea before) and decided I’d order to try it before my next period so I would be prepared, and I am so glad I did! The three combined herbs in this tea blend create an amazing flavor, with a little bit of sweetness from the ginger, zest from the lemon, and minty/clove flavor from the Tulsi. All three herbs are digestion aids, so I’ve been drinking it at night after dinner, and I have noticed that I feel leas bloated and more relaxed before bed. *My cramping is worse at night, so it has also been helping with the pain so I can sleep.In the morning, my skin looks much clearer and soft during a breakout, which always happens during my cycle, so it’s been wonderful to see results right away!

Lemongrass always makes me hesitate when it comes to teas. Often has more of a citronella fragrance and flavor - a bit "much," IMO. Decided to give this one a try.However - this tea has none of that intense "citronella" type flavor. Not overpowering, yet still pleasantly lemony! The ginger holds hands with the lemon, w. the holy basil skipping along slightly behind! I found it to be a very relaxing, enjoyable cuppa tea!Will definitely purchase again, very happy w. this!My only "complaint" - wish they offered 4 - 6 boxes at a somewhat discounted price in the Lemon Ginger Tulsi flavor. Would be nice to be rewarded for being a steady customer.

I originally was trying to find the tea I used to drink but I can no longer find it. Then I came across the peppermint flavor because it has similar ingredients. I suffer from IBS and with that comes alot of stomach cramps and nausea. I LOVE the flavor of this tea and I love it soo much I have purchased it 17 times. I like to use 2 bags to make my tea a little stronger and I just leave the tea bags in my cup while I drink it. I also got my mother in law to drink it and my aunt because they both were suffering from nausea from chemo. I highly recommend this tea as the taste is amazing and has health benefits!!

Taste good. It gives a relaxing mood, but too sweet and creates gas and bloating.

Allegro Tea, Organic Relaxing Chamomile Tea Bags, 20 ct- I LOVE the taste of this Chamomile Tea. For me there’s the honey flavor with a touch of berry. Each cup was fresh & full of flavor. One bag is all I need to completely relax me before bed. I steep it for 5 minutes rather than 4. Each bag is individually wrapped nicely in the box. I love this as it keeps each bag fresh! There’s a faint scent, nothing too strong. It’s a relaxing scent. I drink my tea as I mediate before bed & this tea has given me the added benefit of being fully relaxed for sleep. The price for 20 is amazingly cheap considering the quality tea I’m drinking. I utilize Amazon’s subscribe & save program which gives me more savings & allows me to order at my convenience. A win-win 100%! Plus these are organic. I most definitely recommend!

I had a stash of this tea with the older packaging. I used the last package during a stomach flu week. Ordered new boxes to have one hand. Disappointed as something has changed and this new tea is not as minty and tastes odd.
