Is this suitable for a cyclist?

Probably. I got it to cover a small scooter with me on it and it does that beautifully. Just make sure it doesn’t get caught in the wheels.

Can you wear a cycle helmet with this Cape?

Yes, so long as you don't have the helmet on when you try to put on the cape. Also you might not be able to use the hood, dependent on the size of your head & helmet :-) . I've been very pleased with mine. Good quality material and generous cut.

The size is 4XL. One size fit fot most.

Not quite pocket size it is more like a notebook and it quite heavy it some rubber coated fabric
