This is a great printer if what you want to print is the self test page. For anything else it seems to be useless. I bought this to use with an iPad Pro running ios 10.3.2. It will not connect via bluetooth. I tried connecting it to an iPhone, it will not connect via bluetooth. I tried connecting it to a variety of computers (MacOS and Windows 10) via bluetooth and USB. It will not connect.When I use certain developer tools to try and connect to the printer, it will pair briefly but then immediately disconnect. There is not even enough time to send a simple hello world through the command line to the printer. This printer is a case of you get what you pay for.In addition, the operating instructions are horrible - they are written in barely legible english.

Bought this and an AGPTek. Prefer the AGPTek so far. Print quality isn't as good. Like the AGPTek, the documentation (printed and on the CD) is inconsistent and you need to do a lot of internet searching and trial and error to get the printing (especially graphics and bar codes) up and running (if you are developing apps, didn't try the canned drivers). The demos on the CD are very basic connectivity and in Chinese, would be nice to have full graphic/bar code demos and a demo that printed all of the features such as standard and high density graphics, different barcodes, font sizes, etc. BT connectivity seems good.

Was supposed to work with Square and android functions - however, the IP is a MAC address and I can not get it to sync with anything... I was too busy trying to get the rest of my shop set up that I didn't have time to fiddle with this and all of the directions and drivers are in Japanese or some Asian language.Unless you absolutely know what you are doing, I don't recommend this!
