These are my favorite fiber gummies. I’ve been taking fiber supplements for over 5 years now and have tried MANY different brands, and Amazon’s have to be my favorite. The texture and taste are what sell it for me, since these are the closest to “candy” as you can get with a fiber gummy. Usually fiber gummies that I’ve tried are very tough and almost rubbery, whereas these are softer (though still chewy) and, in my opinion, just easier to eat. They remind me a lot of the smooth gumdrops that are used to decorate gingerbread houses.As expected, they also help with my digestion like any other fiber gummy I’ve tried, and they’re quite inexpensive compared to other brands as well (which is a major win).

These are flavorful and taste good, although I have to chew 3 for them to work, but my boyfriend needs only 2 for them to work. He is 57 and I’m 65, so we need a little help going to the bathroom, although we eat healthy. We chew them before bed, and they work in the morning right after our coffee, which coffee used to do the trick on it’s own, but not anymore. I started with 2, but nothing would happen except tons of gas, and I mean tooting all night lol so I chewed 3 and I still had a lot of gas but it really did a good job of cleaning out my bowel and I felt 5 lbs lighter 😂 these don’t seem to make my boyfriend as gassy as me, but everyone is different and they obviously don’t have the same effect on every person.

Getting older has it's issues and needing fiber is definitely one of them.I have tried other fiber gummies and they are ok. The Amazon brand has more "punch" in it''s fiber content for me.I take 4 of these and they work very, very well. Very easy to chew, they dont stick to my teeth, and they dissolve well while chewing them.They are sized well enough to pop 2 in my small sized mouth at a time.The results are not instant. I take 4 before bed and have results the next day. Sometimes I need to add a fiber bar (I can "feel" how much fiber I need), sometimes these are enough on their own. I believe the key is taking in fiber on a regular, daily schedule. I've noticed also using these has helped with dryness (sorry for the tmi, but it is important), so no need for stool softeners.Flavors are pretty good. The citrus are yummy. The red color, not so much. But I pop in a citrus to cover the flavor of a red one at the same time and it works.EXCELLENT value compared to name brands. I like these enough to use subscribe & save.

these are very sticky, not on the outside, but when you bite into them. they stick to your teeth. therefore, I wont be ordering these again. Price is good but I am going back to Phillips.

These fiber gummies work well and taste good, but you really need to drink a lot of water with them. Otherwise, they can actually cause constipation instead of helping. When taken correctly, they’re effective and convenient.
