Good product, good price, good value.

I do not know how they do it. But it did work. An Office 365 account and 1TB storage. Office 2016 works well. Installed on 3 machines. Its a 5 PC licence. As it says it is a lifelong subscription. So I honestly believe that this will not expire after a year. Until then I give this five star rating.

It was difficult to choose between a one year with updates and a one off payment and no updates. I chose the one year option but beware the recurring charge of £50 plus charge. I chose to reject this and then the software wouldn't load!! Therefore I then accepted.It and found out later that I can cancel it if I wish. These annual license fees are expensive.

Disappointing, I have used Microsoft before and it was infinitely better. This is really poor. I wouldn't buy it again.

Had a little trouble installing the product, mostly due to my not reading the instructions correctly.

When the box arrives there is a card with a Product Key printed on it. I used this key to change my Office 365 licence from 365 Home to 365 Personal without any issues - everything went smoothly. If you agree to sign up for recurring renewal (which can be cancelled later on) you get an extra month added to the licence duration.

I have used it for four years and it is kept up to date and reliable

Arrived on time and does what it says. Only downside is the amount of packaging for no reason (that's why only three stars instead of five)
