Sizing is not right. Read my review
I'll give it 5 stars because it's a nice helmet and the price was fantastic. I will say that the sizing that Bell gives you is WAY OFF. According to their measurements I should have been a large. I had to return it for a XXL to even get it to fit. I couldn't even get the large on at all. WATCH YOUR SIZING.

Incredible Quality and Fit that won’t Break the Bank
This my second Bell Lithium helmet but without the MIPS feature. I wanted to compare how the Bell Lithium helmet without the MIPS to the my other Bell Lithium helmet with MIPS. The fit is very similar but this one without the MIPS feels a little looser in fit and lighter in weight. It is very comfortable just like the one with the MIPS. The noise level is acceptable and the inner padding is excellent to keep you protected and comfortable. The inner padding is also very easy to remove for cleaning and to install your comms system. The Cardo packtalk is very easy to install in the Bell Lithium helmets. The quality is superb and a great value. I highly recommend Bell Lithium helmets with or without the MIPS feature.

sizing
helmet runs real small,measured my head and I'm a medium, ordered medium but too small, went a size up and still small, returned for refund.

Very small - need to size up
Build quality seems good, but this helmet runs extremely small. I’ve owned many bell helmets over the years and this is the first one that didn’t fit me.

Fit no good. Not comfortable.
Helmet is no doubt good looking & probably safe as you can get but, Fit no good. Not comfortable. I always liked bell helmets but these are not comfortable to me. Head measured for a large. I tried a x-large, way to tight. I tried a 2 xxL, still to painful to take off. Felt ok when on except being extremely tight on lower cheeks. Ended up going with a Sena OUTRUSH 2 Modular Smart Motorcycle Helmet with Bluetooth Connectivity and Mesh Intercom Communication (Gloss White, XXL) Perfect fit, very comfortable in comparison to bell. Worth the extra money to me.

Bell Lithium helmet
Bell helmet- full face airflow ok size extra large .had many large full face helmets and were too small. Protection and comfort very good but you still need earplugs. Nice on cold and windy days for the price I can live with!

I’d rather wear a bicycle helmet
Gotta be the worst helmet I’ve purchased. The internal sunshade visor broke after about a month. Not long after that, the hardware for the external visor backed out causing the visor to fly off on the freeway.
