I have chronic sinus problems. I am congested 24/7 365 days a year. My girlfriend found this and had me try it. I've been on steroid sprays and all different types of sinus sprays and netti pot formulas. some work ok and some dont even work. But i must say that that this day formula of Nasoclear has opened up and let me breath better. I haven't truied the night formula, but might have to give it a whirl.
