I use this for oral health.. I do like more natural alternatives versus chemicals. Taste pretty nasty I’ll tell ya that. I use it around my gums but if you swallow it or it touches the tongue then yuck . I’ve definitely gagged a few times using it. But I found a way to use it without much if it touching my tongue.
