Great for bread making!
I started making homemade sandwich bread, and this White Lily flour has been a key component to improve the flavor, texture, and rise of this bread. I am using my mother-in-law’s recipe, which she has used for years. I modified the recipe to use a mix of unbleached all-purpose flour and this White Lily Self-Rising flour, water, Lactaid milk (as I need it to be dairy-free), oil, yeast, sugar, and salt. It makes amazing bread on a consistent basis.The flour consistency helps make the bread light with a nice texture for great sandwich bread. My only complaint is the online price is a lot higher than I typically spend at the local store… but my local store had been out of stock for a bit.

Great biscuit flour
I can't get this flour where I live i was raised on this and it is like home when I make biscuits they come out light and fluffy

It makes good pancakes
I use this mostly for biscuits and pancakes. I have a recipe four oatmeal pancakes as well as a coffee pancake recipe. The soft wheat allows four fluffier, baked goods when used correctly.

This flower made the best of biscuits that I have been had in a long long time follow the directions and you will not go wrong at all love it thank you with the rest that I have but I know I'm going to make me some more biscuits. Give it a try you will like it or love it I know I love it I like it I will be ordering some more when I finish with what I have

White Lily Flour
It is almost a cake type flour after sifting. It makes the best biscuits and a really good pie crust. Cannot beat this flour for chicken and dumplings.
