I have only had these a couple of weeks so can not comment on longevity, but apart from that I really like them. The flame effect is very good. It does have to be pretty dark for them to come on, for example I have some other solar lights with start to work around 9pm (summer time), these come on about an hour later - but it's not an issue for me. They are very bright. You wouldn't be able to read a book with them, but they give off a nice orange glow.I guess the real test is how long they last. My experience with solar lights has not been that great so far, they seem to stop working after a few months, so fingers crossed.update: April 2022 and lights are still working.

Lovely and bright already had one that’s going well hopefully get more than a year out of them didn’t bother with screws used gorilla tape still stuck to the house brick and fence took less than five mins to put up

The lights are very realistic, so much so that when one of my neighbours came home after dark the first night after they were installed, he thought at first my gate posts were on fire. They give a very good flame effect.There is just one thing that I think could be improved at the time of manufacture. I feel they need at least one screw hole in the bottom of the lantern as tightening the two screw holes at the top makes the bottom of the lanterns stick out slightly from the post. There is room for the extra fixing hole but I didn’t want to drill one in case there were electrics underneath. That said it does not detract from the flickering flame effect.

These lights look great in the garden - very medieval flickering-flame effect. They look quite well made too. We bought 4, but one failed after a month or so. We pointed this out to the suppliers and they sent us a replacement. We subsequently bought two as a present for our daughter - she was equally delighted, but within a month one had failed, and and this time a complaint did not result in a replacement (or even an acknowledgment). Perhaps their business model didn’t allow for the failure rate that they were experiencing, but I don’t think that’s good enough - Amazon take note.

My third set bought for our daughter’s new patio area. They are first class and operate even after three days without sun. They look great and are the best solar lights we have bought. Can thoroughly recommend.

Ordered the 4 pack but one lamp did not work. The lights that do were are great.

Bought 2 one failed quickly despite battery recharge bought a replacement be as looked great.

Bought the pack contains 4 lights, 1 light has never worked, the other 3 are working. I have tried to contact seller by leaving a feedback note, I want them to send me a replacement light for the defective one, up and until now have received no response!I am now in the position where I will have to send back all 4 lights and request a refund.Surely they don’t want that? All I want is for the defective light to be replaced.Come on Seller or Amazon or whoever send me a replacement light...
