When they work they leave a good black line, but after a month they seem to dry out without ever being used at all. But they are very cheap so nothing more than expected. I would suggest that they are kept in a sealed plastic bag if you do not use them immediately.

All pens mysteriously dry & non-functional despite being unused & capped for several months while stored at room temperature.Poor show, Berol.

These fine tip whiteboard markers are a cut above most others and are ideal solution for hand writing notes onto white boards. Delivering four vivid, strong colours to your white board or glass, they deliver a thin line beautifully, but strong enough to see clearly. These pens deliver a line of their colour consistently - not strong then ending pale, and they wipe off simply with a regular board rubber or cloth. It is often difficult to get as fine a tip as this for white boards and I am pleased to say that these work dependably.Not with a strong solvent smell, they do what you expect and are easy to clean up afterwards. These are an essential if you do a lot of writing onto boards for learners to copy or for any intricate work.A great set to keep in your briefcase or if you have a teaching room that is your own, great to keep there.
