Voodoo Lounge Uncut presents the complete, unedited show filmed in Miami in 1994. It features 10 performances omitted from its previous release in the `90s, and the full show is now presented in its original running order. The setlist includes classic tracks plus material from the Voodoo Lounge album, with guest appearances by Sheryl Crow, Robert Cray, and Bo Diddley. This phenomenal show can now be enjoyed as originally intended. 2 CD Digipak w/ Blu-ray. Review: Stones in Top Form - Blu-Ray looks great sounds great. Voodoo Lounge was a superb album. If a tad overlong. The first tour without Bill Wyman on bass. Darryl Jones does good job. I miss Bill’s style of playing. Nice selection of songs. At least 10 albums represented. I usually don’t care so much for guest spots. Sheryl Crow, Robert Cray and old Stones influence and friend, Bo Diddley. All put in good efforts.Sheryl kind of over eggs it for my taste. It has an acoustic guitars section. Charlie and Darryl on their respective instruments. The Unplugged craze . But it’s very very good. A stage brings the band out a bit into the crowd. The use of acoustic guitars only enhances the music. The band is truly in top gear. Woody playing cool slide, b bender guitar, pedal steel. I know he’s not Mick Taylor, but’s he damn good. Adds so much colors to the songs. The way Brian Jones did. The visual effects game really raised the stakes. Giant balloons , gigantic cobra like stage lights rig. But the music is what makes it. Keith on a beautiful The Worst from Voodoo Lounge. Woody playing superb soulful pedal steel. Pretty metallic version of Satisfaction. Rock steady , in the pocket of Beast of Burden. Monkey Man as I recall showed up on a set list, first time. Keith really all over it. For me, I’m loving it. Some nice bonus tracks. I Can’t Get Next To You and Out of Tears, stand outs. A great show, a lot of fun to watch and listen to this extraordinary band. "GET YOUR YA YAS OUT" by the ROLLING STONES

Great memento from an awesome tour!
Excellent 2CD & Blu-ray package. Includes the full set from the Miami show including 10 songs that were cut from the original broadcast and previously released video formats. Blu-Ray also includes 5 songs from a New Jersey show earlier in the tour. Video quality is pretty damn good for its age and also compared to previous VHS & DVD releases of this show. Great closeup as well wide angle shots. The one thing I can’t figure out is the omission of Love Is Strong from the set list which was the big single at the time of the Voodoo Lounge tour. They played it at every show I attended on this tour. Great sound on the 2CD audio portion. Also includes a 24 page booklet with lots of photos. A great document of a great tour.

A great recording of a great show
The Rolling Stones Vault series continues to delight and surprise. The Miami 94 show was a PPV that included special guests. Here you get the complete show (uncut). Appearances by Robert Cray and Bo Diddley are amazing, and Sheryl Crow less so. And you get the DVD. The sound of the CDs are clear and well mastered. The DVD is fun to watch and will keep your attention. (I can't sit all the way through any filmed concert. I get bored after about 5 songs. It's not the same as being there.) The band were touring behind the great Voodoo Lounge album, and the set list pulls some rarities out. Plus the band is in top form. You don't get that much from the band anymore. Very much worth a listen.

Utterly Awesome
Utterly awesome.....an additional 10 tracks....in order....plus 5 more bonus tracks from that tour.....too good to be true......the sound of the guitars seemed to be set for a small club gig at first.....better guitar sound at Giants Stadium.....not much on guests usually.....Robert Cray and Bo Diddley were superb.....Cheryl Crow was not....Christina Aguilera's Live with Me appearance on Shine A Light was much better....The skip button is all we have to say about the whoopi intro....I absolutely love all of the different tracks they were playing live at this time that weren't standard fare.....up next....1976 Paris....'76 Knebworth....bonus cd....remastered complete El Mocombo.....'76 is my favorite tour....hands down....

25 years ago...THIS HAPPENED!!!
If you have the original DVD release as well as the VHS of the Giants Stadium show from earlier in the tour...GET VOODOO LOUNGE UCUT DVD. The sound and picture is great considering the age, (25 years old). Who cares if "Whoopie" was there or not. Doesn't matter. The 27 song performance is all that matters. First tour w/out Wyman and the STONES knock it out of the park. Seeing the show start to finish is excellent if you're a STONES fan. (Oh, get a copy of the Giants Stadium show as well. You won't be disappointed. The STONES are a band that needs to be seen while being heard. If you know who the STONES are but have never seen them play, most likely you will see why people refer to them as the greatest rock and roll band ever. Keep in mind that this band is part of the beginnings of rock and roll as it took some time for rock and roll to come about in England. Just as Richard, Holly, Presley, Lewis, Berry and Valens where the birth of rock and roll in the states, The Beatles, Stones, etc. where the birth of rock and roll in the U. K. Hail, hail Rock AND ROLL!

Another Great Live Album by the Stones
Stones LIVE CD's always the best and I like this Voodoo Lounge Live better than 2 Bridges to Babylons Live b/c songs are not the same songs + hits on most CD's. Voodoo some deeper cuts so more fun to hear

A really great show from the world's greatest rock n roll band. Bo Diddley is a great guest spot on Who Do You Love. Massive stage and production that only a band like the Stones can handle. A good setlist including Monkey man.

This is a Voodoo Lounge concert from 1994 in Miami. The concert are on two CD’s. The Blu-ray has the same running order of tracks as the CD’s and has also five bonus tracks from Gigants Stadium, New Jersey, which are not on the CD’s. The Blu-ray is in the 4:3 format. With guest artists such as Sheryl Crow, Robert Cray and Bo Diddley. A rather good Stones concert! Good sound and picture quality too.
