First off about the product, it's good. There is some wobble feeling at the tip where you fix the screwdrivers which is magnetic, which might get unpleasant.The handle is pretty good. But the second portion where you can place the screwdrivers on the handle, the magnet is out of place and it's not fixed. The build quality on this part is very low as it's not sturdy. So if you apply more force it just pops out as the magnet and the part which holds it down is not strong enough.I received a damaged product.Imagine spending 300+ and you receive a broken box and all the parts in the box just coming out of it.....what is this packing ?? Even a 3rd grade kid can pack stuff better than this... utterly zero common sense. You can't even handle a small pack as this then how can people expect you to deliver large products like a tv or monitor in a safe condition??I mean....isn't there a product check mechanism in Amazon before they pack the product ? Or is it like they are fine and happy seeing a broken piece and delivering anyways with a happy face?? I don't know what's wrong with you people.You should obviously know that customers want value for their money over anything. And you are hitting on the prime requirement of a customer by delivering something they don't deserve for the trust they place on you.Get better.EDIT:The defective product I received was replaced. This one is in perfect condition as how it was supposed to be. The product as said before is neat.

It’s a decent little toolkit to have around — I haven’t used it a lot yet, but it’s definitely useful for small repairs on phones, laptops, and other gadgets. The bits are fine and the flexible extension is a nice touch.Only issue I’ve faced is that the magnet isn’t strong enough, so sometimes the bits or screws fall off while working, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, for the price, it’s a good set to keep around for light repair work.
