I started the Keto diet and my coach suggested me to buy these strips because these are the one she uses to monitor her ketosis level.. it was really simple to use and it arrived in 2 days (I have prime) it looks exactly like in the pic... I can tell is accurate because the first day when I tried my ketosis level was on 4 , on purpose I eat carbs to see if it was going to change and yes 2 days later I did the test again and my ketosis dropped to 1.5 .. I went back on track with my keto diet (and started fasting) and I did my test again after 3 days it went up to 8... so yes is accurate

I'm a laboratory technician. These reagent strips are accurate. A very good value. No need to buy more expensive ones. If you think they are not accurate you can compare with another brand at the same time. That's the only way to know.This will be my go to brand.

These test strips were replacements for another brand that needed to be replaced because they were old. I used them to verify that I'm on track with my keto diet. I had a BIG cheat last week and my original test strips had expired due to being opened to long. I've been on Keto 6 mo. I received my order quickly via prime. I tested immediatly and was in ketosis so I'm back on track. I tested twice the first day. The second day I tested first thing in the morning and was still in ketosis. I retested after lunch and the test strip was negative as were all the tests I did the rest of that day and days after that. I retested this morning and it showed negative! Ugh, discouraging my diet hasn't changed at all. I eat the same things for each meal daily. It's just easier to track/log on MFP and I don't t have to focus much on food that way.Anyway, I think these strips have already be exposed to to much air after being opened and used for 2 days.They have served my purpose but if you need to track your progress longer you may have an issue.Update-I had a Drs. apt yesterday and they confirmed that I'm in Ketosis so that means that these test strips are already ruined.They only worked for two days!I will look for test strips that are individually packaged if I need them again.

I was sent strips that expired July of 2021. They seem to still be working alright but they aren't as accurate as the ones I bought and used 2 years ago which funny enough, expired July 2021.

We've been using these sticks multiple times a day in the first week of our Keto diet, they are helping us stay on track. I cheated one day and had a few extra carbs, and sure enough, the sticks reflected that the next day, so I trust their accuracy.

Delivered by Prime beginning of November. They worked half decently (hard to match unless moderate to large reading) until mid December when they started to come out of the container showing purplish pink and guess why. Package says they last 3 months after being opened and 2 years unopened. I ordered 2 on a subscription to ship again in May which I am cancelling. Turns out the expiration date on both containers - June 17, 2021 - slightly over 1/2 year. I wonder who gets the fresh ones.

So the reviews made me nervous. I am using the strips to ensure that I am staying in ketosis. I used the strips for about two weeks and nothing, I thought about the reviews and was like oh my gosh they were right. I kept on the diet and tada by week three the strips were showing excess ketones. My analysis- others who posted they weren’t working were eating more carbs than they realized hahahah!

I bought these to see if the pills I was taking were working. I try to make sure I'm hydrated before I take the test to make sure I don't get a false positive.
