Kept disconnecting from my WiFi
I purchased this to control my furnace in my attached garage. Had some difficulty in setting it up on my WiFi and called support. After a conversation and more retry’s I was able to get it functioning online. When operating it through the app I could make changes most of the times others times not. Frustrating! Then about the third time it went off line and all the time it took to get operating I changed it out with a Honeywell thermostat. This unit has been online for many months and zero issues. Dave

Great thermostat; difficult to program.
Programming this thermostat takes some effort. The instructions are hard to follow, but their customer service is great. The unit works great otherwise.

Works but wifi cuts out sometimes
Upgraded from an older Braeburn model that didn't have a common wire hooked up. This one didn't need the common wire either to get the wifi function to work but wifi connection is not reliable. The manual tells you to take out batteries and put back in. Bluelink app is pretty basic.

A little more affordable than the bigger model and does all I need.
I have a Braeburn upstairs when I put in a new system as I needed a remote temp sensor. I left the downstairs non WIFI. On trips I could only control the top of the house and not the bottom. I just needed it to tie in and be the same brand, so I had one app to handle it all. This was more affordable and does all I need it to. The APP is easy to use and even if you forget you can go in and shut down your system. Nice to have when you are not always home.

Defective
Why did you pick this product vs others?: We had this exact same thermostat and the button was broken so we just replaced it with the same one. When we hooked it up we realized it was defective. It is blowing hot on both settings.

Can't set cooling above 85
You can't set cooling above 85 degrees. I got this for my shop which 2 days out of the week no one is in the shop yet I can't set the cooling to 90 degrees. I also found that if the internet goes down it loses it's internet connection and it has to be reset to work again.

Cool product
This was a replacement for one that went out. Works perfect and was very easy to install since we replaced it with the same brand and type.
