Consistently growing mold & yield is less than 50%.
I am writing this review after almost 6 months of trying to sprout these seeds. I have been sprouting different seeds for last 3-4 years and I was hopeful these organic seeds will be great addition. However, consistently the % of seeds sprouting is <50, rather I would say 30% maximum. On top of that they quickly grow fungus (maximum by 3rd day) and I have been putting slices of garlic with somewhat success to eliminate fungus issue. If my mistake I forget to add freshly sliced pieces of garlic by second day , then there is no point of keeping the sprouts going as they are all covered with fungus. I use vinegar water to clean my counter tops and regularly clean up sinks etc with bleach to ensure no pores are lurking around hidden in places. I guess I am finally giving up on these seeds as they are the only one which grow molds while other seeds( I regularly sprout fenugreek & mixed lentils ) never have any fungus issue except for garlic onion mix and broccoli mix I bought from sprout house. I wish I can return these product. Never going to buy them again for sure and don't recommend it either if there is no quality control. I will appreciate if anyone has any helpful input to grow them without mold. Thanks

They taste great and the "Green onion" or chive taste is strong
As others have mentioned, atleast 1/3 did not sprout. However, I anticipated this and just added a little more than I would have. They taste great and the "Green onion" or chive taste is strong. Great replacement for chives or green onions, and I'm sure these are more nutritious.

Mildewed --- unlike their garlic only sprouts that are excellent
I've used lots of Sprout House Garlic sprouts as well as other Sprout House sprouts and loved them, but these mildewed even though I prepared them the same way I did the garlic sprouts for many years. I did not return as I waited past 30 days but haven't tried using again so apparently money wasted. :(

Yummy!! Onion & Garlic
I've tried quite a few different sprout seeds. This one is hands down the best! The smell as they are sprouting is almost good enough to satisfy a hunger. If you can wait for them to grow a little bigger you're in for a treat. Raw or sauteed in a little olive oil is almost perfection. The seeds are a little more expensive than most others but well worth it. Germination rate is high.

Sprouts are good
I love this combo of sprouts, don't know why they don't sell the sprouted sprouts at the store (Whole Foods at least) cause this makes good snacking. I sprout these and use them as a salad too--no lettuce or anything else, just the sprouts and a very very light dressing. It's good. The missing star is because it doesn't come with free shipping.

Sprout Wow!
Tiny tiny seeds. The sprouts grow quickly and taste strong! It's the perfect addition to a sandwich or salad. I love these sprouts.

I liked the flavor
I liked the flavor, it was mild and tasty. The germination rate wasn't at 100% but it's ok. It did take a long time to get sprouts. I think I will do them as microgreens instead of sprouts from now on.
